GUTIERREZ-SCACCETTI HEADS LIST OF HONOREES AT HISPANIC CHAMBER GALA Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti, the chief of staff to Gov. Phil Murphy and commissioner of the Department of Transportation, heads the list of honorees at annual gala of the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey. The event, a celebration of exceptional individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions to the Hispanic community in the state, will be held Dec. 7 at the Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains.
