Faith
Living Our Faith We believe in the development of the whole person, and strive to create an environment of mutual respect, where everyone is valued, and where there is an expectation that everyone works together for the good of all. • Character and moral values are taught by example in a culture that is supportive, caring and just. • The development of our faith community is rooted in the Gospel values of Jesus and lived in the mission of the Church.
• Founded and sponsored by the Congregation of the Sisters of Divine Providence, our school mission also grows from the mission of the Community: “To make God’s Providence more visible in our world.” • Students grow in faith through worship at Mass, daily prayer, religious studies, peer ministry, and class retreats. • Campus Ministry supports our community of faith in developing habits of responsible leadership, respect for the dignity of all persons, and dedication to service.
We welcome students of all religions, living in community with one another. We encourage students of all beliefs to grow in their own faith and to share their experiences, seeking common ground and striving for peace.
We are a community of faith seeking to understand ourselves, and our relationship with God and with each other.

Service
Serving Our Community • Students are encouraged to understand and accept their personal responsibilities within the school and the larger community; to work for social justice and peace in our world. Students learn a powerful lesson when they discover that serving others is one of the most meaningful and joyful ways to practice our faith. Through service, students experience the personal rewards of giving of themselves - an experience that generates compassion and a sense of responsibility.
• •
We are each called to use our gifts to make a positive difference in service to others.
We strive to provide experiences to our students that will enable them to lead and to interact with others in actively shaping the future of the Church and the global community.
