By Lelsie De Rosas IN OR OUT To start with this top five, we could not pass up one of the most important fashion icons of all time, when we think of the fashion of the 60’s her name comes to mind. Her style and beauty defined and revolutionized the beauty standards of a few decades ago, her eyelashes, hair, body and that explosion of color in each garment she wore, allowed her to appear on the covers of different prestigious magazines of the time, and Although, some of these standards are changing for the good and mental health of girls, it is a symbol of fashion that we do have to talk about.
It was on September 19, 1949, when London saw the birth of Leslie Hornby, better known as “Twiggy” (twig, in Spanish), who would be recognized as the first supermodel in history, coming from a humble family, Hornby always dreamed of Belonging to the world of fashion, was when a stranger proposed the idea of being a model, something that Hornby did not find viable, but still dared to try. It was with a famous stylist who made her that distinctive cut, pixie style that she wore at the time and that is now one of the most chic cuts.

TWIGGY MADE HISTORY IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY
Twiggy made history in the fashion industry and it was the first time that a body was seen so thin and with the characteristics that the model offered, with a height of only 1.68m, at that time you could see bodies with different measures, taller and curvier women marked the step to be followed

Twiggy managed to put a completely different spin on 1960s fashion, setting new standards in fashion and beauty, some of which are no longer quite so. applauded, an example of this, the bodies with a extreme thinness.
Twiggy made fashion industry history and it is that, it was the first time that a body so thin was seen and with the characteristics that the model offered, with a height of only 1.68m, at that time you could see bodies with different measurements, taller and curvilinear women marked the step to be followed; Hornby managed to put a completely different spin on the fashion of the 60’s, setting new standards in fashion and beauty, some of which are no longer so applauded, an example of this, bodies with extreme thinness.
Now let’s delve into his style; let’s first talk about her eyes and how it is that the stylists to this day continue to replicate that delineation that exceeds the eye line, and those eyelashes so characteristic of the model, making articles so that women know that secret to obtain the appearance of their eyes. As we know, part of the appearance that stands out in her and is the focus of attention is the look of the model and that in recent years has become a very strong trend, being taken up by Dior, Valentino and Prada
That look can be achieved with a few simple items, as they are an eyeliner and a mascara, if you have false eyelashes you can use them, they will help you give that dramatic and melancholic touch of Twiggy’s look. The only thing you have to do is put a generous amount of mascara on your eyelashes and put them together in small groups in order to make them look more intense and marked, then, with the eyeliner or shadow, you must paint under the eyelid, the same form we will make an outline above the eye, follow these simple steps if you want to make your eyes the protagonists of your outfit. (Don’t forget that the foundation of this look is to focus on the drama of the lower lashes)
Now a recount of what this supermodel wore amazingly:
Short dresses with A silhouette. Your favorites? the long-sleeved ones, the miniskirts, the long socks that served to style the dresses and the makeup that gave prominence to the eyes.
Flower prints and bright colors, and the maxi earrings, unisex style clothing that when mixed, gave it that peculiarity that stood out in it, androgyny. The oversized sunglasses and the brilliance of the glitter in all her accessories that regardless of the time, she wore with great pride. 15
INTERVIEW
JORGE ESCOBAR Meet the Latin photographer and designer who through art and photography conquered unexpected markets.. By Renata González Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of a cosmopolitan city like Miami, Jorge Escobar decides to take a few days of vacation in his hometown of San Salvador and visit his family while the everyday life at home reminds him of how he found his passion. 16
T
he photographer tells us what art means to him and how he has successfully managed to cross borders with his vision, that of helping to grow the Jamila Reine Models agency that seeks to place Latin talent within the framework of international fashion and form a system of support composed of Latin artists of different backgrounds to master all the challenges that the fashion industry puts in their way
Two of Jorge’s great passions are design and visual discipline, highlighting the latter in photography and video; for him, art is in itself, everything we see around us. It reflects the immediate beauty of the world, everything that we can appreciate in landscapes, in people; it is a set of the whole and a reflection of reality itself from the unique perspective that each one of us has of what surrounds us. Each photographer tries to capture his vision of the world and that others give it a meaning of his own and inevitably alien to the vision of the artist. For Escobar, a photograph conveys a bit of the photographer; Whether through angle, light, or whatever, the artist leaves his mark on his art and each image manages to have its own language subject to thousands of interpretations, in this lies the magic of creating. The snapshots are one of Jorge’s favorites because of the texture and the unique color that results, before capturing an image he tries to capture the moment in all its glory. Think about how the photo makes you feel and how you want to be seen. Escobar inspired in unexpected places to take pictures, has turned common places such as supermarkets or the sidewalk of a street into perfect places for photographs, resulting in phenomenal images. His hunger to travel the world is one of the creative engines; you always want to capture the essence in photos of wherever you go. One of Jorge’s dreams is to travel the world and do sessions with models from each place to show them in their country of origin.
What he enjoys the most about his job is meeting other creatives in the industry. Learn from other photographers and collaborate with new faces to expand the professional circle and advise all emerging artists to seek a group of friends to support them in their creative life and that with a good support system wonders can be achieved. Regarding his performance in the modeling agency Jamila Reine Models, Jorge Escobar shares that the main reason he got involved in the project was to be able to give a chance to models with great potential but that the great demand of the industry of Fashion denied them, so he decided to become a model manager, after Jamila Reine Models contacted him to be in charge of a new Florida headquarters, artisanal way and giving credit to
Jamila Reine Models, was born a little over a year ago originally in New York and later opened a headquarters in New Jersey, her main objective is to be the first opportunity for models who have not had it and to be a family for them within the industry. Soon the modeling agency Jamila Reine seeks to open a new headquarters in California and Jorge decides to continue growing to impact the market with his Latin talent American. Here you can register to be part of Jamila Reine Models and collaborate with Jorge Escobar. Instagram: @jamila_reine_models Email: jamilareinemodels@gmail. com
REINA MODELS Let’s talk about your performance at the Jamila Reine Models agency Well, I did not start the agency but it has always interested me. The company is very young. It’s been a little over a year overall and only a few months in Florida. It is also important to know that each person in the world can have their own interpretation.
THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHY What are the requirements to be an agency model? The truth is that there is no exact list. We just want people who really want to do this and who are going to give us their 110% just like we give it to them. The only thing is that so far we are only in New York, New Jersey and Florida. We hope to expand to California soon so stay tuned.
What projects do you have in mind for the future? What can we expect from Jorge Escobar in the coming months? Always growing. I have a few collaborations that you will see very soon on my page. I’m looking to see when I open a studio here in Miami, but according to the plans I have in a year I hope to open doors, stay tuned!
Where was it established? New York
What is the concept of the agency? What does it mean to be a model of the Jamila Reine Models agency The concept is to give opportunities to models who have not had them. This agency is like a family. We all support each other. I, as their manager, always give them my 110% to get them photo shoots and jobs.

We would imagine that the perfect day for the Swedish woman would be a day with her loved ones while they enjoy Vietnamese food, we know that this idea is not far from reality, because she herself confessed that this is her favorite food next to seafood, I would literally eat almost everything that comes from the sea! In a series of questions, the model tells us more about her journey through the industry and everything we are interested in knowing about her profession.
21
Since when did you start in the artistic world as a model? In fact, I didn’t start my career as a contestant and model long ago. The two went hand in hand and I started this adventure around December 2020.

Have you always wanted to be part of the industry? A part of me always wanted it, but for a long time I felt that it was not going to meet the beauty standards that were required, and I did nothing about it. Now that I had this opportunity and I am in the competition, I realize that is what I always wanted to do.
What are the best brands or designers you have worked with? One of my favorite designers that I have worked with has been Alicja Eklow who is in charge of the Aspera collection by Alicja Eklow. She designed and sponsored the evening dresses I wore for Miss Grand International 2020.

Felicia AGE: 25 years SWEDEN ... Inspirational reference or same one you look up to? One person that I really admire in modeling is one of my close friends and colleague Jenny Sjoberg. I have also learned a lot from my beautiful and talented sisters Maricielo Gamarra, Miss Grand Peru 2020 and especially Anronet Roelofsz, Miss Grand South Africa 2020. Anronet was actually the person who helped me start modeling from the beginning and is a great inspiration for me.
34
WHAT ARE YOUR FUTURE PLANS? Right now I am very focused on the next five years of my life. Next year I am graduating from college with a major in communications and I am trying to figure out which way to go once I am done. I am thinking of moving and doing my master’s degree. Apart from school, I am working hard to improve my modeling career and contests. I also plan to remain politically active and continue to work with the responsibilities that have been given to me within the political sector. I still want to travel the world when I have a little break from everything else.
... What would you say to people who want to enter the world of modeling and art I would say go ahead! If you want to do it, don’t let anyone else stop you. The industry is becoming much more diverse and something that we might not like or feel would be a hindrance could be beautiful and sought after by someone else. The worst that can happen is that they give you a no. How was your experience at SDMAG? What anecdote could you share with us? My experience was incredible. With the team we had a lot of fun together and it was my favorite session so far. We really became close as a little family and we had a lot of fun together during the session. We laughed and joked and that really helped create an amazing experience and some spectacular photos.

TAYO ISHOLA Who is Tayo Ishola and why has she become a figure of the empowerment? By Alexa Saenz Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Tayo is a designer, businesswoman, life coach and promoter of the social initiative The Wonder Woman . 36
H
er beginnings in fashion go back to Lagos, where she participated in a beauty pageant and from there she was recruited by a modeling agency, later she would move to South Africa to work full time as a model, without seeing it coming, the Nigerian became the icon of fashion and style in a television show called Cut-In. And how did you get to transmit a message of empowerment and strength to women?
I
nspired by beauty pageants, Ishola began modeling swimwear when she moved to Miami in 2010, sparking her interest to enter the swimwear and bikini industry. And that is how in 2015, Tayo started with her brand, Eido Swimwear, Eido, a Greek word that means to know or to be aware, this because the designs are dedicated to women who are confident and comfortable in their bodies.
“Often times, oppressed people offer to maintain a conscience that blinds their vision and resists remembering the light for which they were born. I also see around me that more and more women are struggling to know who they are, because others have tried to define it, so I ran with the need to serve in this capacity using fashion as a tool for change. Fashion contributes to the identity crisis many of us face, and it is also a great avenue for change to begin ”- Tayo Ishola for SDMAG. Through the message of the empowerment of women, a woman without borders, Tayo has the mission of reinforcing and supporting the power of a woman through her designs that carry creative visual representations, and it is that, from her childhood, she developed a creativity and sensitivity that has allowed her to focus on good causes.
“They deserve the credit, first of all, the women who have opened my eyes being angels in difficult moments”
The Wonder Woman
One of which helped me when I was stranded in an airport in Johannesburg, I do not remember her name or her face, but it changed my life in that instant, and that meeting contributed to the birth of the work I do today. Needless to say, God has continued to be my biggest guide and friend in helping me connect the dots even when I couldn’t see the light, and being an extraordinary strategist to me. ”Tayo commented about the people around her who have been participants in her project and the credit they deserve, not without first mentioning her faith and how important it is to her.
With that great heart and solidarity that characterizes her, the designer’s altruistic project begins by wanting to take advantage of her brand’s message to create a difference in society, and this is how The Wonder Woman was born, a series of events and projects for the benefit of women in situations of adversity, for example, experiencing family violence, going through the grief of a son or family member and girls with limited resources. Despite wanting to give support, they also seek to give visibility to those resilient, strong women who are an inspiration to others. 37

T
he firm, which owes its name to the two pets of one of the owners, opened its first store in Bilbao back in 2006. Today, it has more than 200 stores spread over 17 countries around the world.
Lime color double-sided fabric coat. Straight-cut model, long sleeves and lapel collar. Front button fastening and vertical pockets. Bimba y Lola is a Spanish fashion brand. Rarely has a national brand grown so much in such a short time. And it is that the company of the sisters Uxía and María, formed in 2005, has turned their designs and their anagram into one of the most desired, iconic –and imitated– in record time. Before embarking on the adventure of creating their own label, the Domínguez sisters had good teachers. The Domínguez set up the firm Adolfo Domínguez, an icon of Spanish fashion from the 80s. After that golden first age, Adolfo, its designer, chose to keep 40% of the company and, in order to pay his brothers the part correspondingly, it took 60% public. With the money obtained, Josefina, Francisco Javier and Jesús Domínguez –the latter father of the two sisters– founded STL, where Uxía and María were formed, the owners of Bimba & Lola, and a company responsible, among others, for the success of Purificación García .
42
Installed in the range of accessible luxury, Bimba y Lola offers quality and design products at an affordable price, and focused on professional women from 20 to 50 years old. “People are increasingly interested in fashion and are willing to pay for it, hence we have focused on semi-luxury,” say the founders. The 2008 crisis was an opportunity for a brand that has not stopped growing since then and whose business model, largely based on the franchisee - 22% of Bimba & Lola stores are franchises according to the latest data -, goes through expansion and consolidation in the international market. “We survived the crisis believing in the brand and being more demanding with ourselves every day,” said Uxía.

It seems that with his new collection, Roberto Toretta tries to combine reality itself, since he is inspired by two of the greatest pillars of modernity to create his designs; sustainability and technology, without abandoning the magic that highlights the fashion imaginary by establishing a strong connection between its outstanding ‘classic and feminine ’ brand identity with what we may see in the future of it. The “urban nature” that Toretta embodies in his designs is made up of a color palette that balances soft and vibrant colors; pastel yellow, sky blue, mustard, purple and where, of course, floral prints and natural fiber fabrics such as sustainable linen cannot be absent.
Roberto Torretta The Spanish designer returns to this new edition of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week after having been absent from the last two fashion weeks. This year he returns to amaze everyone with his collection “Renewed Purposes” that in the words of the designer himself has an approach that “is friendly, a true collaboration between a new type of more respectful, modern fashion, deeply connected with nature. our cities and new technologies “
52
Hannibal Laguna The Venezuelan designer presents his collection at the fashion week in the city that saw him consolidate his career: Madrid. During this edition, Hannibal Laguna is inspired by the universe to present his latest spring / summer 2022 proposal; ‘Cosmology’, transports us to the greatness of the cosmos. The colors, the fall of the fabrics and the fluid silhouettes refer to the planets and the complexity of the stars, between transparent, voluminous and asymmetric garments.
He could not miss his characteristic romantic approach with an unmistakable “sexy” touch. His proposal stands out for accentuating the delicacy of the female body and combining it perfectly with the force of the universe. An element totally foreign to the presented clothing surprised the public: a series of sculptures named Nuvola, Sirius, Stella, Hydra, Cygnus, Lyra, Miraklo, Borealis and Circinus. These sculptural pieces are part of a new visual language for Laguna, capable of defining a unique, serene and harmonious beauty. They are not just decorative figures, they are the focal point through which this proposal revolves. The designer uses Neolith as the main material for these sculptures and fuses two disciplines of art, design and sculpture to express how vast the universe is in terms of shapes, colors and textures.
53
Comfort is the main premise of the collection and it works in conjunction with elongated silhouettes, ethnic prints without letting the word simplicity get away from originality; As for the colorimetry of this collection, the prevailing tone is black but it is accompanied by the primary colors and fuccia pink that we have seen so much on the catwalks.
Pertegaz Jorge Vázquez, Creative Director of the brand’s women’s ready-to-wear, returns for the second consecutive year to surprise everyone with his clothing proposal; the new spring / summer 2022 collection transports us to the desert during the sixties. 54
This edition will transport us to ‘Un jardin fleuri’ to present their Spring / Summer 2022 proposal; the main inspiration for the brand is the iconic gardens of Versailles and the western suburbs of Paris. The collection stands out for having a bohemian vibe that is combined not only with patterned dresses with asymmetric cuts and flattering necklines, but also with the presence of summer trends such as the scarf that we have seen thousands of times on our Pinterest board, as a top and as a bandana but stylized with the brand’s particular stamp.
The color palette includes unmissable shades in a garden such as pink, blue and green, giving it that touch of freshness characteristic of the hottest time of the year.
Lola Casademunt by Maite Fantasy and a dreamy touch are something that always stand out in the designs of Maite Casademunt, creative director of the firm Lola Casademunt by Maite, who year after year continues the task that her mother began 40 years ago in 1981. The founder began creating by hand bows, tiaras and other hair accessories, with a very personal style, in the basement of his house in Cardedeu (Barcelona).
55
Art Deco fashion was a before and after in the way of dressing and the designer embodies the freedom of this artistic movement in her collection, which is mainly made up of beachwear through the use of asymmetrical silhouettes and bohemian details such as wooden beads or reinvented crochet-type fabrics, also supported by geometric patterns that simulate craft techniques such as woodcut.
Regarding the color palette, the collection embraces colors earthy and pinkish; it goes of shades alidas like saffron, oranges for move to colder, blue tones strong causing a conjunction evoking the colors of sunset.
Dolores Cortés The creative director of the brand presents her spring / summer 2022 proposal inspired by Art Deco, a movement that addressed all artistic fields; Fashion, Art, Cinema, Decoration, Architecture, even in Dance, being the reflection of a new model of life. 56

THE
DARK SIDE
BY LESLIE DE ROSAS The Dark Side: The Fashion Industry and Its Environmental Impact
I
n a blind and desperate search to save our planet, we have searched various alternatives that can reduce the environmental impact, and perhaps be able to give a better future to the next generations, the truth is that some of our actions are being totally counterproductive. As we know, the fashion industry is the second most polluting in the world, and some of the most important brands are already beginning to take action in this regard, working with biodegradable materials, reducing their production and recycling, seeking generate a culture of awareness and root it in your customers. Although this change will take time, every little action counts. Surely you already know the topics I’m going to talk to you about: Fast Fashion, makeup and Tote Bags. Do they sound familiar to you? the specialized fashion media have been talking about these issues, instructing us, generating conversation and on some occasions, provoking a division of opinions; The truth is, they all reach a common factor, the key is awareness when consuming.
TOTE BAGS: THE IRONY OF ENVIRONMENTAL CARE. 64
Tote Bags, the irony of environmental care Stores soon began to take them as an advertising medium and they became a famous souvenir, so their consumption soon began to spread, under the premise of caring for the planet, but they are far from it. This accessory became popular in recent years as a means of replacing plastic bags and to our surprise, it is not having the expected results. The New York Times showed us how their production and consumption are having a strong impact on environmental issues, since to produce them requires between 10 and 20 thousand liters of water to grow only one kilo of cotton (the main material of these bags), adding to it, highly polluting pesticides and fertilizers, as well as some prints or materials inside the bags that also include plastics. In addition, it is directly related to the exploitation and forced labor in the cotton fields of China, towards the Iugures.
How can you help change? Studies show that one of these bags would have to be used at least a few 20 thousand times or 54 years to reduce its environmental impact, so the best we can do is to choose from among all, our favorite and the one that is most useful to us, the others take them to a recycling center or donate the surplus, do not accept or buy more, these actions they will help bring about real change. Remember, recycling and reducing consumption are the better option, so if you choose to buy one, look for it to be made of materials recycled or organic cotton.
fast fashion the problem is how much we consume
In a world on which we are constantly influenced, and in which we are imposes how, what and when we should wear certain garments, woke up in most of the people a feeling of wanting to belong and not being left behind with the latest trends in fashion, causing an increase in consumption at these stores by 400% in the last 20 y e a r s . n e x t : Its main feature: bringing haute couture fashion to the malls and making it accessible, Shein, H&M, Bershka, Forever 21, C&A and Zara, the list is endless and I’m Surely you once visited them, because they have a presence in the most popular shopping centers and for a long time they were the favorites of several. Little by little, these types of places have provoked in customers, a sense towards the clothes they use as something disposable, becoming over time, a harmful practice, limiting their average use to 7 times per garment and only 4 uses so that it wears out. Only the production of a cotton shirt involves the use of 2,500 liters of water and 5.5kg of CO2, adding that more than 1,900 chemical products are used and around 10% of these types of compounds, represent a danger to health and the middle environment. Furthermore, UNECE estimates that 40% of the garments produced are never employed. In addition to this, 85% of the 40 million workers dedicated to textile are women, working conditions and pay are deplorable
How can you help change? Reduce your consumption • Before buying ask yourself if you really need it • Reuse, you can create great looks with the clothes you have • If you no longer want your clothes and it is still in good condition, resell it there are many apps specialized in this, remember to offer a clean garment in optimal condition. • Donate your clothes, offering something to those who have less will help them a lot. • Take it to a recycling center.

MAKEUP
THE COST OF BEAUTY The weakness of many, there are millions of people in the world using these products and they have become part of their routine, no matter the day or the occasion, makeup is present and is one of the strongest industries in the world, some brands have already started to implement biodegradable and environmentally friendly products, the truth is
that a new problem has been uncovered: greenwashing (a practice that consists of selling products as sustainable when they are not) adding to this its production and processes that are having an impact on the planet, being the main cause of around 70% of carbon emissions on the planet.
66
Experimentation with animals, is an issue that has been fighting to eradicate and today, people seek that those companies that carry out this type of practices, stop doing it and look for other alternatives less aggressive. Some famous brands Covergirl, Glossier, NYX Cosmetics, Too Faced, and Garnier, I know have joined this showing, on their labels their certifications that endorse it. Another it´s problems are its packaging being mostly plastic, producing around 120 billion packages annually and whose degradation time can it will take between 100 and 1000 years, in addition to its logistics whose transportation and manufacturing are highly pollutants.
How can you help? Consume those brands whose labels show that they do not test on animals, and be truly cruelty free. Look for those companies dedicated and committed to the search for organic and environmentally friendly recycled materials.
HOW CAN YOU HELP THE CHANGE? Find out well about the product you are going to buy so that you do not fall for the scam of green wash. Remember that small actions help and be aware of what we buy and who we buy from you can make a difference to help our planet.

BILLIE EILISH “Always true to herself” Written by Renata González
From the first moment that Billie Eilish was on everyone’s mind wanted to make sure that her music and the image she shared with the world were completely real and true to her personality. Her honesty and undeniable talent catapulted her to fame a few years ago, and even managed to get large fashion houses to suit her personality, not the other way around. From the beginning of her career, Billie decided to use fashion as a protest and her ‘oversized’ style, because she wanted to make it very clear that she was not going to allow herself to be sexualized by the music industry, in which she is constantly getting used to sexualizing from a very young age to teenage icons
68
Her second album ‘Happier Than Ever’ came out a few months ago, following the musical line of her past albums, a melancholic and honest style but far from the dramatic. always positive, while accompanied by a fluid sound; makes pop not feel common and at the same time that the public identifies with her when listening to her music. Generating empathy is one of the main engines of music, either through the lyrics or the musical chords that make up each song, Billie Eilish achieves it in both ways and that is why it is one of our favorites. The success of ‘Happier Than Ever’ on the musical charts saw the 19-year-old singer team up with director Robert Rodríguez, conductor Gustavo Dudamel and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra to create what she calls’ a love letter to Los Angeles’; musical special now available on the Disney + platform.
Accompanied by incredible animated landscapes, Billie Eilish takes the iconic Hollywood Bowl in full, paying tribute to the city that saw her grow up and that made her who she is today, a dream for the singer is fulfilled by musicalizing her dreams about L.A. The ease with which Billie expresses those feelings and ideas that exclusively we all experience but decided to keep, is one of the reasons why her career is just beginning. No one can transform a negative feeling into a pop song with the style that she does.

LIFESTYLE
WHEN THE SADNESS REMAINS By Renata González In the XXI century, it is still taboo for most people to talk about mental health. We are always taught to take care of many aspects of our life with particular effort; our diet, our relationships, our work life, the physical condition of our body, but one aspect that makes us function not only as human beings but as individuals, the mind, is left aside.
72
Our mental state in every sense of the term remains in constant change and normally each of us has the ability to control how intensely and for how long an emotion remains with us. But what happens when it is not? What happens if no matter how hard we try to feel better, our brain decides to play a trick on us and keep us in a permanent state of sadness? Will it always be like this? Have we lost some part of ourselves that will never return?
LIFESTYLE It is common for these types of questions to cross the mind of a person with depression, which according to the World Health Organization is a common disease that affects more than 300 million people and is completely different from the usual variations of mood and emotional responses to everyday problems. Depression can cause serious symptoms that affect basic daily activities like sleeping, eating, or working. It can affect anyone, regardless of age, race, culture, or educational level. There is research to suggest that genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors play a role in depression. Some of its symptoms may be: • Persistent sadness, anxiety or “emptiness”. • Feelings of hopelessness or pessimism, irritability, frustration, or uneasiness; • Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, or helplessness; • Loss of interest or pleasure in activities and hobbies; • Fatigue, decreased energy, or a feeling of slowing down; • Difficulty concentrating, remembering, or making decisions; • Difficulty sleeping, waking up early in the morning, or sleeping too much; • Unplanned changes in appetite or weight; • aches and pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems with no apparent physical cause, or that are not relieved even with treatment; • Suicide attempts or thoughts about death or suicide.
