Bottega Veneta debut’s the Andiamo bag in its Summer 23 collection

Debut within Bottega Veneta’s Summer 23 collection is Andiamo, a bag that is as elegant as it is functional. Designed by Creative Director Matthieu Blazy, based on his founding principle for Bottega Veneta: ‘craft in motion,’ the bag is a new expression of the signature intrecciato technique realised by the craftsmanship of Bottega Veneta’s atelier in Italy. Meaning “Let’s go” in Italian, Andiamo embodies the spirit of the bag - a tribute to ‘going places.’

Andiamo’s soft tapered volume embodies pragmatism and timelessness. It is a carry-all with a soft leather body. With the option to wear it over your shoulder or hand-held with the top handle. A metal knot adorns and fastens its sliding braided straps, allowing it to be adjusted. The metal hook, a continuation of the Knot family, has subtle brass detailing to add a sculptural effect to this classic.

Structural yet clean, Andiamo has rounded corners and is made entirely of paper calf leather. The soft, dynamic design is a vision for elevated everyday living, fitting into the modern tailoring and versatile footwear seen throughout SS23.
