With the rising terrorist attacks in the world, IMAGINE a month to the conference with all things ready to kick start an awesome event there is a terrorist attack in a nearby town of which you lose your CCVP Delegate Service to some serious injuries. How will you go about; The communication of the event so as not to create panic but rather ensure confidence in conference stakeholders that all is under control? Ensure the security of each External, Delegate and FACI that will be coming into the country for the conference before and after? Ensure that the loss of the team member does not impair work and everything goes on as planned and on time while motivating other CC members not to lose hope?
