Welcome to the REBELLION: LIVE ON PURPOSE WORKBOOK! This workbook includes numerous thinking and writing exercises with the goal of tapping into your subconscious for your truest essence to come out. The best thing is, there are NO wrong answers! The purpose of the exercises is to bring out whatever it is inside of you that is waiting to express itself through your best possible life. You WILL experience resistance and hesitation, but we promise that when you get flowing and writing, things will pour out of you that you didn’t even know were there. We believe our brains

only have so much bandwidth to use, and sometimes just ‘dumping’ out information that we have been holding onto creates the room for our best insights to emerge! Please take your time with it, but take it seriously and give it your fullest attention. It has personally helped us, and hundreds of others transform our lives in many ways and we look forward for it to do the same for you. Now what are you waiting for? Start Living YOUR Purpose!


The Power of Why! When you have your purpose in life, you can overcome any obstacle in your path. “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how.” - Nietzsche

When you know why your life is important, you can (and will) suffer, but you will never doubt the reason you are here, and you will keep going. Those who understand why they are here will in the end always figure out a way to accomplish their goals, and live their soul’s purpose. It is each of our responsibility in this lifetime to live our soul’s purpose in order to do our part to heal the world.

Why Do You Need a Why?

We are ALL interconnected, and our work is equally important, regardless of how big or small it seems, YOU are needed.

What is your idea of a perfect day? This first prompt is to get you to start flexing your creative muscles. Do NOT hold back, be as detailed as possible, using ALL of your senses to deeply imagine your perfect day (don’t be afraid to be selfish that is all about YOU!). Imagine you have 24 hours, an unlimited bank account, and the ability to travel anywhere in the world by snapping your fingers.

What do you do? Who are you with? Be specific! Be silly! And have fun with it! 05

Imagining Your Life: Take 7 minutes for each prompt below and start writing. Don’t think about what is coming out, just keep your writing hand(s) moving. If you can’t think of what you want to write, just write your name, doodle hearts, anything, JUST KEEP YOUR HANDS moving! Eventually the words will begin to flow! Set a timer for 7 minutes, sit down, and do not stop moving your hand until the timer goes off. This is supposed to be FUN and not stressful, BUT you will have resistance to doing it. You’ll come up with something else to do instead of sitting down and allowing ‘the flow’ of the universe to move through your fingers/hands/pen onto the paper. THIS IS IMPORTANT EACH prompt is to be written from someone else’s voice (so four people in total). It can be ANYONE in the world living or dead, someone you know in real life, or a celebrity/historical figure. It just has to be written in their voice. Imagine their speech patterns doing the talking, their language, and the tone they would use. Hear their voices, but/and allow your fingers/hand to translate their words onto the paper/screen. 07

Example: Imagine Oprah standing on a stage honoring your life, talking about your accomplishments. Imagine her excitement, enthusiasm, and love as she stands on stage speaking about how wonderful and inspiring you are. Hear her actual voice, her speech pattern, her phrases, etc… “You get a car! You get a car! You get a car!” Time travel to the future, as far as you want to go, without worrying about the laws of physics, and/or aging. ANYONE can be there even if it doesn’t ‘make sense’ timeline wise. Simply imagine you are in the far future and someone as stated above is getting up on stage to speak about you as if you lived your life EXACTLY the way you want from now on, as if the universe started to conspire for all your dreams, goals, wishes, and fantasies to come true (which it is!!). Example: You can be at your 100th birthday celebration (in perfect health) surrounded by your parents, and grandparents even though time-wise that probably isn’t likely, DON’T worry about those details. Just FEEL their presence.

Scan through EVERYTHING you’ve written so far and circle/underline/highlight words, phrases, and sentences that give you a total body “AHHHH” and/or the ones that turn you on the most (you’ll ‘know’ them when you read them).

Imagining Your Life:

Take the key words you are feeling passionate about and turn them into a present-tense mission statement. Do not use ‘I want’, 'I will’, or ‘I won’t’ because these phrases lack the truth of the commitment that comes from your soul’s why/purpose. Use ‘I AM’ You are creating both a heartfelt desire and the specific intention statement of a deeply-held fact, and a vow that is true in the present moment. I AM...

Stating your ‘Why/Purpose Statement’ in the present tense acknowledges the tremendous will, energy, and truth that arrive with the discovery of your heartfelt desire. It also reminds you that whatever is required of you is already within you.

Imagining Your Life:

Goals can seem impossible to reach and overwhelming at times. That is why it is so important to break them down into smaller, more tangible goals. Starting with an immediate action step that you can do today will get you into a flow state, and have you start building momentum. And as you continue to build momentum it will get harder and harder to stop! Using the model of periodization we break goals down into three phases:

Macro

Meso

Micro

A larger goal that you can set for months or year(s) out. Your macro goal might even be your actual Why/Purpose Statement.

A goal that you can set for a week, or month(s) out.

An immediate action step you can take RIGHT NOW to get you moving in the direction toward your greater goal(s).

Remember there is no goal too big OR too small! EVERY decision you make will either bring you closer to or further away from your goal(s)! Use your Why/Purpose Statement as a funnel that you mentally put every decision you make through. Set an intention every single morning that is aligned with your why, your purpose, your goals. WHAT IS YOUR INTENTION FOR TODAY __________________________________

Now that you have your present tense Why/Purpose Statement break it down and work backwards turning it into individual goals. You can use this formula to create as many goals as you want/need to work on until one day you wake up and you are living your dream life! Example: “I AM… living in the mountains in a luxurious cabin, surrounded by my adoring husband, 3 beautiful children, playing the guitar around the campfire, basking in love and complete abundance. Goal 1: I am living in a cabin in the mountains. Goal 2: I am married with children. Goal 3: I am playing the guitar. Goal 4: I am basking in love and abundance.

You can break Goal 1 down into these: Macro: I am living in a cabin in the mountains. Meso: Save X amount of money in 6 months for a down payment on the cabin. Micro: Ask my boss for a raise today and start a new saving plan. Today’s Intention: Do NOT buy the coffee for $5 You can break Goal 2 down into these: Macro: I am married with children. Meso: Be in a committed and healthy relationship in 6 months. Micro: Create a profile on a serious matchmaking website. Today’s Intention: Embody the qualities that my dream partner will want in their partner. You can break Goal 3 down into these: Macro: I am playing guitar. Meso: Know the chords of my favorite song in 3 months Micro: Schedule guitar lessons RIGHT NOW! Today’s Intention: Play the guitar for 20 minutes. You can break Goal 4 down into these: Macro: I am basking in love and abundance. . Meso: Go on a retreat/vacation in 6 months. Micro: Read and integrate a book on personal improvement/self development. Today’s Intention: Take 20 minutes today for meditation.

The Energy of Emotions WE DON'T ATTRACT WHAT WE WANT, WE ATTRACT WHAT WE ARE. If our habits don’t reflect our visions and goals we have to change our habits or change our goals. And it's not only about attracting, it's about ALLOWING. Joy is our natural state. Abundance is our natural state. A major reason we don't get what we want in life is because we are not allowing things to come. We are fighting, forcing, and in turn blocking the universal flow of the divine to come to us.

We need to let go, accept, and drop past memories that bring us any negative emotions. We must stop holding on to those emotions. Like going to the gym, it takes dedication and commitment to learn how to control our focus. We have complete control at all moments. We need to focus simply on feeling good, regardless of circumstances. We need to commit to it. Just like a fitness or nutrition program. Commit to feeling happy for no reason other than to feel good. commit to clearing the emotional junk that doesn't serve you!


Life is for the risk takers, not the security takers. Successful people base decisions on desires and dreams, underachievers on fear and worries. The starting point to overcoming fear and developing courage is, first of all, to look at the fact that predispose us and second to analyze our fear objectively. We are all afraid, the question is how you deal with it. When you move towards what you’re afraid your fear diminishes and your self-confidence increases. When on the other hand you let fear dominate you, you are feeding the dragon until fear controls all of your life.

Never surrender your hopes and dreams to the fateful limitations others have placed on their own lives. The vision of your true destiny does not reside within the outlook of the naysayers. Anyone who lacks abundance, joy, love, fulfillment and prosperity in their own lives really have no business imposing their self-limiting beliefs on your reality.

Imagine the happiest time from your childhood. Take a few deep, mindful breathes and go into your emotions and senses and feel as much as you can. Where are you? Who’s with you? What are you doing? Notice the smells. The noises. Go as deep into your sense as you’d like. Now imagine yourself at that point in your life writing a letter to you NOW. Do not hold anything back. There is NOTHING wrong you can write, just let that younger version of yourself talk to you now. Are there things you’d want to let go of. Anything that has been holding you back. Internal talk that no longer serves you. Limiting beliefs that are not true. Are you proud of yourself. Do you have advice you’d like to share. Anything goes! IF you have a picture of yourself at that age please find it and attach it to the backside of this page...

Write it. Cut it. Burn it.

Look at the above picture and set your timer for 7 minutes (minimum) and start writing! When completed, cut/tear out the page you wrote on and SAFELY light it on fire. As the paper disappears into a cloud of smoke allow any limiting beliefs and ANYTHING that has been holding you back from living the life of your dreams disappear with the smoke‌.
