EMILY HERNANDEZ
Recreation Leader
KEVIN HERNANDEZ
Recreation Leader
Kevin is in his second year supporting our Teen Center He does an amazing job of not only relating to our Teens, but also has stepped up as a mentor and role model for our youth. Since joining our team, he has helped to incorporate Barber Club where our youth not only learn the craft of cutting hair, but also receive free haircuts once a month. The love and care Kevin has for our youth is one of the main reasons our Teen Center is reaching enrollment numbers we have not seen in years past here at Mayfair
Emily is in her second year supporting our Teen Center Our Teens love her presence and gravitate towards her each day at program. Emily is always going above and beyond in her planning to make sure we run engaging activities or crafts, from bracelet making, painting, to cooking snacks, entrees, and desserts in our Teen kitchen Our Teens come to her with anything that they are dealing with outside of program and Emily always does an excellent job of providing a positive support system while making sure our youth understand that they themselves are important and matter.
