Ditch the work out- Join the party! Dance, socialize, and burn lots of calories with this fun modified Zumba option for active older adults Zumba Gold recreates all the same Zumba moves you know and love with lower intensity and lower impact while still focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination The last portion of the class will consist of toning Feel free to bring any of these items for the toning portion of the class: 2 lb. dumb bells (2), water bottles (2), canned foods (2)

VIRTUAL FITNESS

Virtual Fitness is a fun way to exercise and communicate with friends! Willow Glen Virtual Fitness is for all who want to engage the five components of physical fitness. Willow Glen endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, bone density, mental sharpness and increase body awareness When participating in class have a chair, two weights, stretch band, and two or more bottles of water Once you register you will receive Zoom ID and password via email.

VIRTUAL CARDIO CONDITIONING

Physical Activity guidelines recommend 150 minutes weekly of cardio or 30 minutes daily for 5 days Cardio conditioning moderate intensity will get 30 minutes of cardio in each workout set in interval with flexibility, core training, and toning the whole body This class is virtual and held via zoom

An exercise class geared towards active adults that focuses on whole body exercise in a safe, fun, and challenging matter This class is modified to each participant's level We will use many evidenced based exercises that consist of cardio endurance for a healthy heart, muscular strength and endurance for strong bones and muscles, stretches / flexibility for healthy joints, and balance for fall prevention. Explore the next step in space exploration with Brick Tech as we attempt to colonize Mars using the new Spike Prime Robotics materials from LEGO® Students will build and program a Mars base, remote controlled Mars Rover, a functioning airlock system and much more Students will be provided with everything they need from tablets for programming, Spike Prime Robotics materials (motors, sensors, brain brick), and more LEGO® bricks and pieces than they could ever build!

Join us for Adventures in Art! During each class, you and your child will be introduced to different types of art, including coloring, drawing, painting (with various mediums such as watercolors), creating collages, sculpting, and more! Your child will explore how to work with these materials, learn techniques specific to each art form, and will have ample time to create art that is meaningful to them. At Camp San José, campers participate in an unforgettable day camp experience combining camp traditions with enrichment and educational activities. Campers play fun games, sports, create cool arts and crafts projects, and embark on weekly field trips.

In this safe and supportive environment, campers participate in active and engaged learning projects, skill building, youth voice and leadership, and learn healthy choices and behaviors.

Price includes a low leader to camper ratio of 1:10, field trips*, a Camp San José shirt, and much more!

*Families opting not to participate in field trips are responsible for finding alternative care for their child(ren) not attending the trip. The City will not provide a prorated refund for those that elect not to participate, nor will onsite care be available. Campers need to bring water, lunch and sunscreen each day.
