Hello! 2015 was another HUGE year for High Rise Condos in San Francisco. South Beach & Yerba Buena buyers shrugged off speculation of rising interest rates, tech bubbles, international instability, and uncertain global equity markets to set record highs. Median condo sales prices increased approximately 13% in the last year (Q4 2014 vs Q4 2015). Lumina has reported 400+ units SOLD / In Contract. 181 Fremont and The Harrison (the 2nd tower of One Rincon Hill) are reported to begin sales in Q2 2016.
