Dear Neighbors, As the third quarter ends for a record setting 2015, the average price of resale condos in South Beach continued up and to the right. Conversely, Yerba Buena condos cooled in average price per square foot in the same time period. This may be due to a combination of seasonal slowing and variance in global / domestic equity markets affecting high end real estate. New construction continues to sell well.
