Or what about the material they obtain from suppliers? Those items too have an impact on the performance of the business and over all service of the company. A Food establishment must be quite particular in selecting what they buy and from who they buy it, with due diligence. Supplier standards must also be mentioned clearly in the code of conduct so that the organization can keep a proper check and balance.

It is imperative that organizations devise a policy regarding their code of ethics so that they are able to perform complying with standards which are acceptable, ensures long run functioning of the organization and well being of the stake holders.
