HOW YOU CAN IMPROVE YOUR LIFE Every now and then we see individuals struggling to enrich their lives are not something new we might have noticed in our surroundings. Everyone faces different challenges to make their life better and puts constant efforts in finding new ways to go an extra mile. They also get afraid of changing their routine activities that one needs to add and subtract in order to choose entirely new way of living life. Being part of others happiness: Feeling envious to see friends and acquaintances happy is something natural for an individual who does not have happiness in his own life. At times individuals only feel about themselves and forgot that happiness lies in sharing joy with others. For instance, if your friend got promoted than instead of being envious of him/her, think about sharing and celebrating his/her happiness. Eventually, by being part of others happiness, people will find themselves happy and contented. The famous Dalai Lama once said “There are fewer chances of happiness if one is happy for himself but there are billion chances of happiness if he is happy in the happiness of other people. Discover new hobbies: Another way to improve life is to discover new and creative hobbies that one finds interesting. It is not necessary that one should be expert in adopting activities of his/her interest but people only need to try them to find happiness. Being involved in sports activities gives many reasons to feel intrinsically happy. Irrespective of activities you enjoy doing, let it be playing basket ball, painting, knitting or gardening you should find time for their hobbies. As these activities can bring much joy that we are often unable to realize. Making habit of doing exercise daily: Making exercise an important part of life may become the reason to eliminate stress. Whether an individual choose to walk in his area or prefer going to gym all he needs to do is opt a physical activity that will help in feeling better as well as releases negative energy out of the body. Spend time with loved ones: Always try to spare some time to spend with loved ones such as family or friends. Sharing valuable time with people helps a lot in making life happy.
