Be Prepared

Stress is often triggered by certain situations, which will be different for everyone. Try and identify what these triggers are for you, and avoid them if you can. If you can’t avoid them because they are part of your job or studies, try and accept that you may feel a little stressed and look for ways you could deal with it more effectively. Identifying what causes stress is the first step to dealing with it.

Be Kind

Learning to be kinder to yourself can help how you feel in different situations. Try to take breaks in your day for things you enjoy and reward yourself for your achievements, even if they seem small.

Build A Support Network

Support from people you trust can make stressful situations easier to manage. This network could be made up of your friends, family, colleagues, fellow students, or a trusted tutor. Telling the people close to you how you're feeling can make a big difference.
