Gary Pattullo - Halton Gary has had an interest in football as long as he can remember. He went as a young 7 year old to watch Hale FC, when he was paid a shilling for marking out the pitch and clearing the cow pats for a match. Having hung up his boots he is now an active member of the Widnes Football Development Forum, supporting other clubs with their development plans. John McMohon - Knowsley From 1978 to 1983, John played for Everton Football Club and made his debut for the reserves at 16 years of age before going on to captain the team. Upon finishing playing, John embarked upon a career in coaching. John has

developed many players and coaches and held important positions at Everton, Liverpool and Tranmere Rovers. He continues to give his time to the next generation of players, who are beneficiaries of John’s considerable knowledge and experience in the game. Ed (Ted) Williams - Liverpool Ted’s commitment to Sefton Park Cricket Club is now nearing 60 years. He is an outstanding example of playing and coaching his sport of cricket in the right way. His total commitment to Sefton Park Cricket Club was ultimately rewarded with an England cap in an Ashes test at the age of 71. He is humble and truly inspirational and his lengthy commitment to two local sports clubs may well be unique.
