No Seam Fingerless Gloves Material: worsted or bulky weight yarn Needles: size 6 or 7 Gauge: 5 stitches/inch Small/Medium and Med/Large sizes. The sample was knit with 2 balls of Ella Rae Latte (82 yds/ball) bulky yarn on size 7 needles with the magic loop method. However I knit tight so you may be able to get away with size 6 needles with either worsted or bulky weight yarn. If in doubt, check your gauge. However, the glove is stretchy so if it looks too small it probably won’t be. If you knit it with 2 circs or 1 circ (magic loop) you will be able to try it on as you knit it, which is what I did. I would suggest this knitting method because you may want to adjust the size of the glove and thumb opening as you go. Using the long tail cast on or cable cast on method, CO 40 stitches for the Small/Med size or 44 stitches for the Med/Large size and join in the round being careful not to twist your work. Place a marker to mark the beginning of your row. NOTE: Larger glove changes are in parenthesis ( ). Wrist Ribbing Left Glove K2, P2 every row until the desired length is reached. Mine is approx. 3. Make yours any length you wish, just make sure you have ample enough yarn. Left Glove Knit 1 round decreasing 2 stitches evenly for a total of 38 stitches at the end of this round only if you are knitting the smaller glove. NOTE: if knitting the larger glove do not decrease the 2 stitches in this round, simply knit this round. Knit 1 one more round then start pattern rows . . . Bind off your work in the K2, P2 pattern, weave in all ends and enjoy! These make great gifts ☺ I tried this glove on constantly as I went to custom fit it to my hand.
