Ingredients 4-5 beetroot, peeled and rough chopped approx. 400g 2 carrots, peeled and rough chopped approx 200g 2 green apples peeled and quartered Juice of 1 lemon Half a bunch of fresh coriander washed and rough chopped Salt and pepper to taste Shredded lettuce or baby spinach leaves washed Greek style yogurt Cucumber chopped Method Place first 5 ingredients in a thermomix or food processor and chop until quite fine. Season. Place salad on lettuce or spinach leaves. Top with Greek yogurt and chopped cucumber This salad is also great topped with segmented oranges instead of the yogurt. The Greenwell Point Cup on Easter Sunday The Greenwell Point Cup was the brainchild of Roz Harvey from Terry Harvey Carpet Court. Roz wanted to have a race day that would connect with Greenwell Point after the success of the Nowra Cup and Mollymook Cup race days. Traditionally held on Easter Sunday this is a great day to attract lots of locals and tourists to the races particularly for those wishing to experience an Easter Sunday with a difference. Due to the fantastic sponsorship that Roz obtains for this race day the $25,000 Greenwell Point Cup is the second biggest race on the turf club season's
calendar. This prizemoney assists in attracting good quality trainers, horses and jockeys to the race course. Patrons can book one of the many packages on offer, purchase food from our bistro operated by the Butterfactory or bring a picnic and sit on the lawn with family and friends whilst watching great racing and listening to live entertainment. There is also a jumping castle for the children. Shoalhaven City Turf Club is the place to be for a great Easter Sunday. For more information visit www.sctcnowra.com.au

Ulladulla, Coastal Villages & Beyond Lake Conjola - Milton - Mollymook - Burrill Lake - Bendalong - Bawley Point - Lake Tabourie - Durras - Kioloa
Ulladulla, Milton, Mollymook and Coastal Villages Ulladulla Harbour is the home port of the largest commercial fishing fleet on the NSW South Coast. The town has modern shopping and several fine clubs as well as a leisure centre, cinema complex and the famous Funland. There are some great places to surf, snorkel and dive in nearby Mollymook. Milton is classified by the ‘National Trust’ and has a myriad of wonderful B&Bs, as well as boutiques and shops to browse. The coastal villages of Bendalong and Manyana, are set amongst a beautiful backdrop of bush and beach. Lake Conjola is a deep coastal lake which provides a wonderful playground for fishers and boaters. Just south of Ulladulla is Burrill Lake, where you will find a perfect setting for boating, sailing, windsurfing, prawning (in season), snorkelling or surfing.
Lake Tabourie Located about 10 km south of Ulladulla this lake is fairly shallow and suitable for low-draft vessels, kayaks and canoes. It is also a haven for birdlife and there are a number of excellent beaches on the adjoining coastline.
Bawley Point Visitors to Bawley Point can expect to find tranquil lagoons, beaches and headlands where the local delicacy is prawns. A large amount of the surrounding area has been reserved as a wildlife sanctuary.
Durras A beautiful spot to stop and kayak or spend a few nights. Boasting several stunning beaches. Stay in a tent, caravan or cabin and enjoy everything Murramarang National Park has to offer: walking, swimming and fishing.

Floats, festivity and fireworks at Blessing of the Fleet Don’t miss Ulladulla’s spectacular annual Blessing of the Fleet Festival on Easter Sunday April 20, one of the biggest festivals on the South Coast. The Festival Parade will start off the day at 11am with the wonderful imaginative floats carrying Ulladulla’s beautiful princesses accompanied by their princes. Each float is themed and the costuming of all the locals walking alongside each float is an amazing sight. The Floats are led down the Princes Highway (which is closed to traffic for the day) by Father David Anthony and St Peter, patron saint of the fishermen, and the fishermen of Ulladulla all making the pilgrimage to the Harbour for the traditional Blessing Ceremony. There will be entertainment on the main stage near the Civic Centre and also music down by the harbour foreshore. This year there will be a roving band, Hot Potato, who have been known to cause a severe case of happy fever. This horns and drums street band will bring New Orleans to Ulladulla. Browse the many stalls that will surround the Civic Centre area and you won’t go hungry if you visit the food court on the grass or the eateries in the main street. Kids should head to the Civic Centre
harbour foreshore in the afternoon. This wonderful family fun filled day will culminate with the Circus performing at 4pm and then the spectacular fireworks at 6.30pm. The Blessing of the Fleet is made possible by the proud support of many community businesses with the major sponsors being Coles Ulladulla and Shoalhaven City Council and is coordinated by the Rotary Club of Milton Ulladulla.
