The new fragrance from Kate Spade New York is aptly named Sparkle as the scent was formulated to capture the shimmering magic of New York at night with its electric blend of floral notes. The result is genuinely joyful and heady, a beautiful mix of soft and spicy accords. Sparkle opens with a note of blackcurrant, which is underlined by Italian lemon for a lovely splash of freshness. Spicy frosted pink peppercorn blends beautifully with the middle notes of purple peony and hawthorn. Lastly, the base notes come through; think vanilla crème brûlée and cedarwood for a lingering seduction. The fragrance comes beautifully packaged in a graceful blue bottle reminiscent of an evening sky. The bottle is lacquered in a graded shade of navy and pad-printed in gold.
