Our Crest Design & Colour

The St Paul’s crest represents the centrality of the cross to the Christian faith and thus mission of our school; profiled by the rising sun symbolising our hope and future in Christ. The crest is made up of the central logo with the name and motto of the school around the diameter.

The logo should not be redrawn, digitally manipulated or altered. No rescaling of the horizontal or vertical proportions should occur.

Duces and High Achievers

Message from the Principal

On behalf of the Staff and Community of St Paul’s, I would like to congratulate our 2021 Year 12 students on their outstanding academic accomplishments.

As a school community we are extremely proud of their academic success, but equally impressed by the resilience and strength of character that saw them achieve, despite the challenges of 2021.

As the only school in the greater west of Sydney to offer both Higher School Certificate (HSC) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, senior secondary students at St Paul’s choose credentials that exemplify their skills and interests.

When combining our 2021 HSC and IB results:

• 65% of students received an ATAR above 80

• 41% received an ATAR above 90

• 27% earned ATAR scores above 95, with strong results recorded across a broad range of subjects.

Highlighting strong results across the cohort, were the three students who achieved the maximum ATAR result. I would especially like to congratulate each of the 2021 Duces of St Paul’s; Josh Lim, Marvin Madfouni and Mondira Paul who each achieved perfect ATAR scores of 99.95.

These excellent results that were achieved by the graduating class are particularly pleasing given they were achieved during a year unlike any other. This group of students have persevered over their two years of senior study with constantly changing COVID restrictions, including two blocks of remote learning.

As you view and read these pages it is evident that in spite of all the circumstances these students faced, they maintained a steady and focussed approach to their studies. At St Paul’s we are committed to the development of the whole person; emotionally, spiritually, academically and physically. Whilst it is fitting to acknowledge and celebrate this amazing academic achievement, we know that growth and development of character is of vital importance as these young people navigate the challenges and adventures of all that life will hold.

Finally, it is fitting to acknowledge and thank the teachers at St Paul’s for their dedication to the students throughout their education at our school. We also extend this appreciation to the families of the Class of 2021 for supporting their children during their journey at St Paul’s

We congratulate each and every member of the 2021 cohort on their achievements and wish them every success in their future endeavours.

At St Paul’s we are committed to the development of the whole person; emotionally, spiritually, academically and physically.
