WELLNESS RESOURCE TOOLKIT
This resource toolkit was developed under the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board CSTLTS Tribal Cooperative Agreement: Suicide Prevention, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Intimate Partner Violence (SPACES/IPV). One goal of the SPACES/IPV grant is to reduce barriers that prevent access to care by disseminating tribal, state, and national mental health and crisis resources. The toolkit also includes suicide prevention programs that offer collaboration and additional resources. Most of the resource titles have clickable links that will redirect you to the applicable website. Download our digital toolkit by here: https://issuu.com/spthb/docs/spaces-ipv_toolkit
*Resources are continuously updated as information is obtained from tribal, state, and national partners. If you would like your tribal program information included or updated, please contact us at wellnesstoolkit@spthb.org. The SPTHB does not endorse the resources provided in this toolkit.
