Rhythmic Gymnastics with Kriszti
A great way to explore movement and music. Using balls, hoops, ropes, scarves, bean bags and rhythm sticks, gymnasts will develop co-ordination, power, strength, balance, spatial orientation and agility.
SENSORY PLAY TIME
This program is designed to be inclusive with activities that will engage the senses and encourage social, emotional, and language development.

Join us for the 55y+ Social Hiking Program! Discover local Squamish trails in a small group setting – rain or shine. We’re offering a variety of hikes for every fitness level, sign up for one, or all!

SQUAMISH Gymnastics
Squamish Gymnastics Annual Membership Registration
The purchase of a Squamish Gymnastics Membership at the time of registration is a requirement for participation in all Squamish Gymnastics programs. Cost for the 2022-2023 member year is $42. Membership is valid from Sept 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 and is non-refundable. Fees include Gymnastics BC & Gymnastics Canada Memberships and participants’ insurance.
Program Registration
Registration may be made online or in person at Brennan Park Recreation Centre for gymnastics classes. We encourage you to join a waitlist if your desired class is full. An effort will be made to accommodate waitlists where possible. Please direct program specific questions to Amanda at: squamishgymnastics@hotmail.com.

Gymnastics BC Member Registration
Gymnastics BC Member Registration Form is required for each registered child and must be received at time of class registration.
Please complete the membership form at the following link and submit within 48hrs of registration to: squamishgymnastics@hotmail.com or to the drop-box outside the gym at Brennan Park.
Assumption of Risks/Waiver
An assumption of Risks/Waiver Form is required for each registered child AND for each adult accompanying a child in a parent participation program. Please note: Adult waivers should be completed as though the adult is the ‘participant’.
Please complete a digital waiver at the following link for each registered child AND for each adult accompanying a child to a Parent & Tot class.
Entry to the gym will not be permitted without the required forms on file.

ARENA The What’s What of Skating
PUBLIC SKATE
Everyone is welcome! Come and meet up with friends and socialize while skating in this fun environment. Skate patrol are on the ice to supervise and support skaters. No strollers on the ice during this time.
FAMILY SKATE
For parents and children to skate together in a slower-paced setting. Children must be accompanied by a paid adult. Skate aids and strollers with clean wheels are welcome. Skate patrol staff are on the ice to supervise and support families.
PARENT & CHILD SKATE
Come practice fundamental skating skills in a fun, relaxed environment. Skate aids and strollers with clean wheels are welcome. Adults must be with their children on the ice. Ice may be shared with Recreation Programs.
TOONIE SKATES
These are little snippets of ice time for anyone to come have a skate. Children under 19 years must be supervised. Adults must be directly supervising their children. No hockey sticks or pucks permitted. Ice may be shared with Recreation programs.
ADULT DROP-IN HOCKEY (19+)
A chance to drop in and work on some hockey skills. Maximum of 20 players plus two goalies (goalies are free). Full gear required. Participants must be at least 19 years of age.
ADULT DROP-IN STICK & PUCK (19+)
Helmets, gloves and ice hockey stick required. No goalies or scrimmages. Work on your skating skills in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Participants must be at least 19 years of age. This is a slower-paced program so please be courteous of all participants.
OVERTIME HOCKEY FOR 60Y+
Overtime Hockey is an ice time for players 60y+ to get together and enjoy a low-key hockey game. Full gear required.
We strongly recommend the use of helmets for all arena programs.

Swim Lesson Changes
This Fall marks our transition to the new Lifesaving Society Swim for Life program. We are excited by this change and look forward to our first classes. We have kept class sizes smaller for Fall to help with the change. This will allow us flexibility to move participants to a different level as needed. Please note that Swimmer 4,5 & 6 classes are 45minutes long and Swimmers 7 to 9 is 60 minutes long. All other levels remain at 30 minutes.
How to look up online the last level completed
Have your child selected and click on “Activity Outcomes”.
Look in the “Created Date” column for the most recent class then look under “Comments” for the correct level.
When registering, prompts will pop up to help.

Registration Information
A customer account is required in order to register for all Squamish Recreation and Culture programs.
Create your account at squamish.ca/register.
Please note: Customer Service is unable to process payments over the phone.
Payment is due at the time of registration. Spaces can not be held for anyone with an amount owing on their account.
Administration Fee
A $10 administration fee and applicable taxes applies to refunds if the refund is initiated by the customer.
Refunds for programs, rentals, passes, or memberships may be given for medical reasons. A medical note is required unless exempted by the Director of Recreation and Culture.

Pass Expiry
10 and 20 Visit Passes expire two (2) years from the date they are purchased. Unused passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Monthly and Yearly Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
