All the apartments would have a view of the central courtyard that contains the market space. - The residence could take up the option of farming and thereby generate more income and could cover expenses of the healthcare needs of the elderly community. - It is a socially and environmentally sustainable project aimed at promoting of urban agriculture concepts and creating a peaceful environment for the elderly. - Participating in the process of farming and gardening helps to retain an active community sense and mitigate dementia and promote self-esteem 71
