Dr. Lee Aberle, Edgewater Natural Family Medicine
Do you want to know how to optimize your health and wellbeing? These four educational sessions will get you thinking about how you can incorporate better nutrition, physical activity, and reduce your stress levels.
In the midst of a technology-savvy world, in which advances are made on a daily basis, it can be quite a challenge to keep up! Join Ashley to learn about a variety of nutrition apps, which ones are recommended by dietitians, and how to best utilize them to meet your personal nutrition goals and needs with your smart phone or iPad!
Do you take vitamins? Are you getting enough? Too much? Not sure? Studies show that even people that eat a good diet and take a multivitamin have nutrient deficiencies. Did you know that the first signs of deficiencies are mental/emotional? If you have anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, you likely have a corresponding nutrient deficiency. It can be as easy to fix as modifying your vitamins or diet. This class includes symptom surveys to help you find the nutrients that are critical to your optimal health and functioning.
