In each of our kitchens, our generous ribs are treated with the standard of care that quality products deserve: marinated for over 12 hours, and slow-cooked in the oven to make them exceptionally tender. After being generously smothered in either our classic or sweet and smoky whisky rib sauce, our chefs add the finishing touch by flame-grilling and caramelizing the ribs, to proudly accentuate their signature flavour.
