Prom'83 Excellence & Elegance

This year's JuniorSenior Prom, held at the elegant La Pavillon, was one that will be long remembered. It was a catered affair with delicious hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks. Held on April 16th, it is one Prom that will be long remembered.

Awards Day is alwaYs a special occasion at school. It is at this ceremony where manY students, who have worked hard and made an impact on the school both academicallY and in extracurricular activities, are recognized.

Hins Jonassen won the coveted Spirit of St. Martin's award. Becky Contois, Ann Fisher, Leanne HennesseY, Baltzer Le Jeune, Katherine LeJeune, Cathryn Abbott and David Oelsner walked away with the memorial and citizenship awards.

ihere was a new twist to this year's ceremony. The Passing of ihe lieht of STM was established. The class of 1983 symbolicallv handed over the light and Ieaiership of the school to the upcoming senior class.
