FITTING ROOM:

The Fitting Room is the heart an soul of the entire experience. If you are blessed enough to get the Guest in the fitting room know that you have gained her trust. The Sanctuary is just that and shoud be treated as a safe-haven for all guests. They should always leave happier than they were when they came in. The sef conscience girl that is looking for a dress or the new mom that is adjusting to her new body. This is your time to shine, to show her how beautiful she is and to make a guest for life.

A few steps that you want to ensure that you nail are:

Was there a wait to try on your items? f yes, how long was the wait?

Did the associate: ask your name, provide their name, write your name on the door?

Was the fitting room: clean, free of oose cothing and hangers?

Did the fitting room associate check in and offer additiona assistance?

Did the fitting room associate offer to bring you other compimentary items? (such as and not imited to; other sizes, styles, jewery, shoes, accessories, etc.)
