PHONE NUMBER CAPTURED
The captured phone number will now appear within the profile Click “Process” to continue
NO PHONE NUMBER ENTERED
This screen will appear if:
The guest chose to opt out of entering their phone number
The pin pad timed out
If the screen timed out, ask the guest if they would like to sign up for SMS
If yes, click “Re-enter on Pin Pad” to prompt them again
If no, click “Enter on POS” to continue with the transaction
INVALID PHONE NUMBER ENTERED
Let your guest know their phone number wasn’t entered correctly.
Remind them to include the area code when entering
To prompt them again, click “Re-enter on Pin Pad”
Otherwise, click “Enter on POS” to continue
