• Makes recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance
• Butterfly – on the floor at alltimes
• Ensures that zones are covered at alltimes
• Fitting room experienceisexceptional – outfitting and styling
• Conduct and monitor Axonify training
• Conduct and facilitate Brand Rep, GL, and AL Training
• Develops Assistant Leaders into Store Leaders through onboarding and SMIT program
• LeadweeklymeetingswithALs
• Source and Hire all team members
• Plan and support executionprocess of floorsetsand refreshplans
• Plan,support,execution,process andmaintain windowsets
• Plan and support execution of markdowns
• Manage payroll and responsiblefor store’s financialperformance
• Responsible fordecisions regarding store operations and planning

The merchandiser directs the merchandising, product flow, and seasonal decor to foster a beautiful environment for our guest including:
• Engage our guests and make their shopping experience visually exceptional!
• Make recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance
• Plan, execute, and maintain seasonal floor sets & refreshes
• Plan, execute, and maintain seasonal window sets
• Lead seasonal décor placement
• Lead signage development
• Lead store atmosphere – scent, music, layout
• Assesses store business using company reporting tools to identify merchant opportunities within product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
• Daily reaction to product and presentation based off business needs
• Leads weekly maintenance of seasonal window decor
• Leads weekly window mannequin updates
• Teaches standards of product flow, merchandising and product knowledge to the team
