Store Leaders drive excellence & provide leadership in all aspects of the store with special focus on development of staff and the guest experience including:

• Engage our guests and make their shoppingexperienceexceptional!

• OverseeGuestEngagement (Coach)

• Regularlydirects thework of store teams - both PT and FT

• Makes recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance

• Butterfly – on the floor at alltimes

• Ensures that zones are covered at alltimes

• Fitting room experienceisexceptional – outfitting and styling

• Conduct and monitor Axonify training

• Conduct and facilitate Brand Rep, GL, and AL Training

• Develops Assistant Leaders into Store Leaders through onboarding and SMIT program

• LeadweeklymeetingswithALs

• Source and Hire all team members

• Plan and support executionprocess of floorsetsand refreshplans

• Plan,support,execution,process andmaintain windowsets

• Plan and support execution of markdowns

• Manage payroll and responsiblefor store’s financialperformance

• Responsible fordecisions regarding store operations and planning

• Plan, execute, and maintain floor sets & refreshes

• Plan, execute, and maintain window sets

• Lead floor sets/refresh management

• Lead seasonal décor placement

• Lead mannequin placement and design

• Lead signage development

• Lead store atmosphere – scent, music, layout

• Co-conduct and facilitate BR and GL training

• Co-manage payroll and be responsible for store's financial performance

You are a member of store leadership. You lead the store by directing activities required to achieve all store goals.

The merchandiser directs the merchandising, product flow, and seasonal decor to foster a beautiful environment for our guest including:

• Engage our guests and make their shopping experience visually exceptional!

• Make recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance

• Plan, execute, and maintain seasonal floor sets & refreshes

• Plan, execute, and maintain seasonal window sets

• Lead seasonal décor placement

• Lead signage development

• Lead store atmosphere – scent, music, layout

• Assesses store business using company reporting tools to identify merchant opportunities within product placement, outfitting, and stock levels

• Daily reaction to product and presentation based off business needs

• Leads weekly maintenance of seasonal window decor

• Leads weekly window mannequin updates

• Teaches standards of product flow, merchandising and product knowledge to the team
