§ We will have back stock. Organization of your backroom is key!

§ Date your shipment as soon as it arrives

§ Keep new merchandise and replenishment merchandise separated

§ Use the highest shelves of your backroom to store props or visual elements that are not used every day – PURGE what you don’t need!

§ Replenishment must be completed daily to drive sales and keep cartons and units flowing through your back room.

§ As part of the closing process, walk the sales floor and inspect for sold down items recognizing replenish opportunities

§ When helping guests or looking for SFS orders and a size is not on the floor, take the time to replenish in the moment. Utilize radios and other teammates to support replenishment efforts.

§ Max out all jewelry spinners to get as much out on the floor as possible. It’s ok to double expose these pick me ups!

§ This is not the VASL or Merchandisers job – it is a team effort!

§ Prioritize picking SFS orders first thing in the morning

§ Minimize footsteps as much as possible

§ Print a batch of orders to pick. If there are additional associates supporting the process, split the picking and packing duties to expedite the process.

§ Use the RFID Scanners in Geiger Mode to locate tough to find items

§ Pick and pack all priority/expedited orders first. (Noted with ! on the order list).

§ Take the time to make sure the item is perfect before shipping. No ripped seams, missing buttons, make up stains, etc. Check the order queue often and process new orders as they are assigned.

§ RFID Processes

§ Accurate and complete Stock Counts nightly

§ Reserve and Damage Workflow must be completed before the Stock Count begins – if not, those will remain in inventory until after the next Stock Count
