Week Two Sunday New Store Leader Meet and Greet

A home baked snack for everyone to share or store bought that looks home made and some drinks.

Wrap it up

Get to know them

After Close Seat everyone in a circle and then give each person a poster board and some markers. Include the DL and the new SL. Everyone will draw 3 things on the poster board that represent themselves. What they love, care about or what is truly important to them.

After everyone has had a turn to present, the new SL will close the meet and greet.

Why?

Most times the new SL shows up to the new store and it can take up to a month to get to know the associates and they are running fast and furious and have little time to get to know them on a personal level. Taking the time to meet with them shows that the new SL cares to get to know them and find out about them and also gives them a chance to get to know the new SL.
