The evolution of efficiency. After our initial experience with Standofix 2K Compactlack we premiered a brand new refinishing technique at the 1992 Automechanika trade fair in Frankfurt. Since then this technique has significantly accelerated the work process for Standox refinishers as they can now carry out refinishing in a single operation. This evolutionary technique is as pioneering now as it was then. Over the years we have constantly extended the technique with new products and today provide unique knowhow along with this refinishing process.
Standohyd Basecoat. Standox is a pioneer of waterbased refinishing systems for vehicle repair. When Standohyd was launched, refinishers were provided with a complete refinishing system that required just 1 1/2 spray passes.
Standocryl 2K Clearcoat 20-60. Application in a single operation was revolutionised in 1994 when Standocryl 2K Clearcoat 20-60 was launched. From then on the following applied:
• A refinishing system for all refinishing work. • High coverage and very economical. • VOC-conform and environmentally friendly since it was launched.
• No more flash-off time during the application of clears and basecoats. • But nevertheless, high shine and ideal stability. • All easy to use and highly efficient.

2K HS Clearcoat. Standox HS systems were always ahead of their time. Down time means falling behind. At Standox we have been making our refinishing systems and application techniques more efficient and user-friendly for decades, however the competition continues to use conventional methods which require flash-off times between each spray pass. With these methods, many refinishing businesses accept disadvantages in spray booth application, longer processing times and higher material consumption than are necessary.
