TREKKIE - 2007 MUSTANG GT

MEMBERS OF THE STANG MAG FAMILY ARE MORE PASSIONATE ABOUT FUN AND INCLUSION THAN THEY ARE THEIR CARS AND THAT SAYS A LOT!

My Mustang addiction started in 2014 when I first bought a 2013 Mustang V6 with the beautiful “Pony Package.” The entry level car. Although I love it and still own the car, I decided in 2017 that I need a V8 as well. I eventually found this car and named it instantly “Trekkie“, because I thought it drives much rougher than the 2013 and reminded me of a tractor. Although this comparison might be a bit insolent, I absolutely love this car. It used to be my daily driver until 2021. But then I wanted to retire it for this job. A 2000 Mustang GT is my current daily driver. Besides these three Mustangs you would also find a 1990 Mustang GT Foxbody and a 1971 Mustang Mach 1 in my garage. My Mustang passion has grown over the last years. I absolutely love the cars and the community.

If you asked me if I thought I’d be writing an article for STANG Magazine for my car this time last year I would’ve said no. If you asked me if I would be writing it about a different car than the 2005 Roush Mustang I had I would’ve said hell no. I loved that car but acquiring this one reinvigorated my passion for car shows and events!

I met Daniel Ramey at a Beltway Mustang show and won my spot with STANG Magazine in their Carlisle Ford Nationals display. Needless to say I wasn’t sure what to expect being that I didn’t know the people attending and was going by myself.

The STANG Mag family welcomed me in from the very start and made me feel like one of their own!

Members of the STANG Mag family are more passionate about fun and inclusion than they are their cars and that says a lot! I can’t wait to see what’s to come in 2022!

Trekkie came to Switzerland in 2009. I’m the third owner of this car. The previous owner and the guy that imported Trekkie had to work extra shifts to make his dream come true. That’s another reason why I want to keep it in best condition as I can. I bought it stock and added the few modifications. I love how it looks now.

It is equipped with Bullitt mufflers, Vossen CV1 rims, and a CDC chin spoiler.
