Your team Jim Gibson Regional Director Jim Gibson brings more than twenty-five years in residential and commercial real estate brokerage to Stan Johnson Company. Gibson and his team have transacted over $1 billion in net lease transactions since 2009 and his business development activities cross all segments of the net lease market including retail, office, industrial and medical. In addition to managing his own team, Gibson acts as Regional Director of the Houston office where he is responsible for the leadership and bottom-line success of all activities in the Southwest Region for SJC. Gibson is instrumental in managing the needs of the team’s existing client accounts while continuing to develop new business for his team.

Todd Moore Director Todd Moore joined Stan Johnson Company in 2011 as an Associate Director in the Houston office. Moore brings over ten years of commercial real estate experience to the team and has a unique ability to effectively analyze and transact net leased investment property. Moore’s primary focus is on developers and investor clients in the retail and industrial market sectors throughout the United States. His commitment to client services has allowed him to develop and foster strong relationships with the top developers, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and private investors across the country. During his time with SJC, Todd has been involved with closing in excess of $600 million in net lease transactions.

Marc Peeler Associate Director Marc Peeler joined Stan Johnson Company in 2015 as an Associate in the Houston office. Peeler specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties in the retail, office and industrial market segments. Prior to joining the firm, Peeler worked for Transwestern as a Senior Associate in the Tenant Advisory Services Group and represented tenants in the evaluation of their office and industrial facilities. He and his team provided strategic commercial real estate services to local and national companies, including clients from the oil and gas, finance, legal, and medical industries. Peeler places a high value on customer service and his main focus is on representing his client’s best interests throughout the entire transaction process in order to assure that each client’s real estate requirements are customized to match their business needs and financial objectives.

Marshall Thompson Associate With broad practice in office, industrial, multi-family and retail real estate, Marshall Thompson joined Stan Johnson Company as an Associate in 2016. While working on the team led by Jim Gibson and placing the utmost importance on client service, Marshall employs his detailed investment knowledge when considering each potential and new opportunity. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Marshall gained extensive experience most recently as Vice President of Sales at Resource Real Estate and as an Associate Regional Director at Hines. During his tenure at Hines, he was part of a $2 billion dollar capital raise within the non-traded REIT space where he was awarded Territory of the Year in 2011, 2012 and 2013. He began his real estate career as an agent with Austin City Reality.

Jaime Patteson Research Analyst Jaime Patteson joined Stan Johnson Company in April 2015 and brings with her over 20 years of diverse commercial real estate experience. At Stan Johnson Company, she is responsible for providing market and property level research data, transactional data, new business prospects, as well as managing a range of other special research projects. Patteson brings over 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience to her role at Stan Johnson Company. Most recently she served as a Senior Research Analyst for Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC), where she was responsible for conducting market data research, writing market analysis and providing transactional data for multi-million dollar real estate transactions across multiple property types including multi-family, office, industrial and retail development, globally.
