Your team Harold Briggs

Executive Managing Director Harold Briggs is responsible for the leadership and overall direction of Stan Johnson Company’s investment sales. During his tenure, Stan Johnson Company’s production team has grown by seventy percent and gained significant market share in the net lease segment. Briggs’ successful twenty-year tenure at IBM cultivated his core business principles: integrity and professionalism, and brought his extensive Fortune 100 management experience to Stan Johnson Company. Previous roles at IBM include worldwide client executive for MCI/WorldCom and business unit executive covering mid-market telecommunications, media, entertainment and utility clients for IBM’s western region. Most recently, Briggs was the senior state executive in Oklahoma, responsible for overall business in the state.

Albert Muller

Associate Director Albert Muller represents developers, owner and investors of net leased retail and financial institution properties as an Associate Director with Stan Johnson Company in the Houston office. Webb County “Lawyer of the Year”, Muller came to Stan Johnson Company after having practiced real estate law and commercial real estate brokerage in Texas for nearly two decades. Muller previously received the “Heavy Hitter” award presented by the Houston Business Journal, an honor awarded annually to Houston’s top producing brokers. Muller has served in a real estate advisory capacity for several fortune 500 companies and developed plans for strategizing and negotiating their national real estate office leasing and asset disposition needs. Facing the insurmountable challenge of building homes in a small area with a population of 2,500, Muller also founded a real estate development company that specialized in planned communities and successfully completed eight subdivisions.
