Check-In Info • Check-in of bike and transition bags is possible only on Sunday morning! • You must check-in your bike and your transition bags. Non checked-in items cannot be used in the race. • Check-in closes at 7:00! • Do not leave anything on the ground in the Bike Park
Preparation for Check-In « Put the 3 small stickers on your helmet (in front an on both sides) « Put the remaining sticker on your bike « Put the 3 large stickers on your Transition Bags for the change zone
Transition Bag BIKE Contains everything you need for the BIKE « Race number + Belt « Helmet « Glasses « Bike Shoes (if not clipped on the bike) « Nutrition
Transition Bag RUN Contains everything you need for the RUN « Race number « Cap « Glasses « Socks « Shoes « Nutrition
Check In Process • Bring your bike and bike bag to the entrance of bike park • With your helmet on your head, chinstrap closed • Rack your bike (you can have your shoes clipped on your bike – nothing else!) • Hand in your run-bag and your streetwear bag in the transition zone
Before Start « Go to the Start Area « Place yourself in the Start section according to your swim level (Pros in first line) « Warm-up before the start. 111 end 07:25, 33.3 end 8:10 « Race briefing 10 minutes before the start of each format (111 & 33.3) « Sandals / Shoes are not allowed in the Start Area

Award Ceremony At 2:30 PM at the Finish line « Awards for the top 3 in each Age Group and top 5 overall (PRO + Age Group) « Awards for Clubs with the most participants « Celebrate your success with family and friends
Rules & Regulations For a safe & fair race
General Rules It is forbidden to: « Modify the race number « Get help from third parties « Get race provisions outside the official Energy Stations
Swim Rules « It is mandatory to swim without your race number « The wetsuit can be taken off completely in the transition zone only!
Bike Rules « Drafting is forbidden « The helmet must be worn at all times with the chinstrap closed « The race number must be visibly worn on your lower back « Respect the rules of the road « Keep on the left and do not cut corners « Escorting (car, motobike, bike, ...) and assistance is forbidden
No Drafting « The distance between two athletes (Drafting zone) is 3x10m (front tyre to back tyre) « If you enter the drafting zone you will receive a penalty added to your final time
Run Rules « Wear the race number visibly on your front « If you use a start number belt, wear it on your waistline « You must not run topless « Escorting (bike, roller, runner, ...) and assistance is forbidden
What if... Questions and Answers
If... « You lose your timing chip, get a new one at the penalty tent in the transition area « You have to give up, let a referee know you give up. Your family might ask us at the Info point – you are obliged to tell us what happened « Also let us know if you return to the race area or if you‘ll be back at your hotel
