SBM: What is your full name sir? Aje-Sounds: Aje Victor Oluwatosinmile
Postgraduate: National Open university (information technology) 2018-2020
SBM: Your stage name "Aje-Sounds”, how did you come about that? Aje-Sounds: When I was younger, I wanted to be a footballer, and my role model is Ronaldinho.. So I turned my own surname from Aje to AJEdinho.. I even Released my first single AJEdinho.. Then one day my big sis Mofifunoluwa advised me to rebrand, so I coined out Aje-Sounds
SBM: How did your music journey start and how has it been so far?
SBM: Tell us about your Academic and Family background Aje-Sounds: I am the last born and the only boy in the family of 5 (Yemi Aje Family) I have two sisters, My Dad is from Ijero Ekiti, my Mum is from Ilesa Osun state. I was born in Ilesa, and grew up there. By the way, my parents are pastors. School Background: Pry school: Franciscan nursery and pry school, Ilesa Junior Sec School: Ilesa grammar school Senior Sec School: Iloko community model grammar school (now iloko model college) University: Osun state university, I studied computer science, 2009-2014 Then Nysc with FRSC headquarters, Abuja 2014-2015
Aje-Sounds: Music generally started when I was small, as a pastor's kid. I Started as a drummer when I was 10years old, then I started singing with church choir when was 12.. I served as the Choir chord of my fellowship in university, then I was Zonal Music Director of NCCF Abuja during my NYSC. I recorded my first song in 2017, then I officially began Music Ministry in 2018... Music has been fun, but very demanding energy sapping and Money consuming, but God has been faithful.
SBM: Your music style is not the "normal gospel music style especially in Osun state" what challenges have you faced so far in that regards? Aje-Sounds: Yeah. Since when I was small, I’ve always liked to be different Lol. I won’t lie, it has been challenging in the aspect of acceptance. Because my type of sound "Afropop" is not what Osun state is used to, but gradually, I’m winning people's heart, and dem dey jam to my songs.

So this month let's gist around Character and its flow into success in our lives. So, just as I was preparing to type. The holy ghost said that I should tell you (someone reading) that you are not that bad but you can be better than you are. Because the link between who you are now and who your
father envisions you to be is a "process”, so accepting what we are now and the reality of who you are now can better place you in a level where you can embrace and desire what you want your new reality to look like. Character is a quality/ qualities and features that makes a person different from others and we know there are weak characters (defects) and strong characters(strength) Competence can take you to a level but most times Character is definitely what keeps you there. Character is linked to personality, integrity and Trust! A good Character is what is one of those vital things needed for the tomorrow you desire and envision in your heart. Because many doors would not open to you because you're competent and good at what you do, but because you are who you are and you can be trusted there. So God
may out of love decide to shut a door to that nation you've been confessing/declaring about because the strength of your character is not levelling up with that level of success and influence you desire. God would not present you to some level of success because he doesn't even want you to embarrass him. So if Abba is asking you to sit down, let’s sit down. The men whom God will use as channels for those levels you desire can't even put up with your attitude. So let's still sit first. For success in that sphere, assignment, ministry, business, career, etc., the goal is not first about doing (where success comes in), it’s about becoming (where character comes in) And let me say at this stage that it is important to know what success means to you so that you won't be unnecessarily disturbed,
ENIOBANKE HUB WITH HAVILAH
Hello and welcome to Eniobanke Hub with Havilah. Yeah, just in case you're grabbing this magazine for the first time. I am Havilah and I'll be Abba's courier in this corner specifically for a royalty like you. So recently, I was having a thought around character and competence and I see how character have blocked many people from opportunities repeatedly especially amidst Christians, I get heartaches when I see Christians have character issues and we taint the name of Christ.
You see, when God wants to bless you he gives you new Relationships, new ideas and Opportunities and many times all you need (ideas, help, platforms, opportunities) is in a relationship or housed by a person. So if God has placed it in a person's mind to help you to the next phase of success and we know your character is how you're perceived, how do you do it if such person perceives you wrongly? Okay, let’s quickly check scriptural prototypes. Let's see Joseph
(Genesis 39.) This is a guy who had a strength of character. You see, your true essence would be tested in pressures. You can claim to be who you're not until situations exposes you. Joseph was consistent in who he is, he wasn't faking his loyalty to Potiphar, it was his person and it kept on edging him out until he became all God had planned for him. Hmm, God's favor and anointing on you is more enjoyed and maximized on the wings of your character. So you can be anointed, without a strength of character, it’s a matter of time. Time and situations reveal the truth of your personality and the truth in your character. There is mercy, isn't it, but sometimes, it’s better not to go round circles when a character trait could have solved that issue, Even God will have rest of mind (Laughing). Joseph was consistently
whom he said he was, didn’t you notice that even in the prison, despite the odds, he could notice that the Butler and Baker in the prison weren't themselves, I asked myself, who does that? The Normal thing was to transfer aggression but no, he was pleasant even when all situations depicted otherwise. Go back to Genesis 39, Joseph said to them, why is you countenance down and they explained what was troubling them, he simply helped them, he didn't know that single thing has positioned him well enough to get help at his appointed time. One of the things that qualified David for the palace apart from skill is that he was a good boy. The person who recommended him for the palace knew he had a good character. The people who are supposed to connect you to the people you

R_jc l r gq l c t c p enough, most high achievers spend time developing their professional skills, but it's better you focus on Integrity, authenticity and discipline because Success chases after people with character and an icing of competence. When you don't have character within, you can't earn trust and respect without.
4.Love is large and incredibly patient. Love is gentle and consistently kind to all. It refuses to be jealous when blessing comes to someone else. Love does not brag about one’s achievements nor inflate its own importance. 5 Love does not traffic in shame and disrespect, nor selfishly seek its own honor. Love is not easily irritated or quick to take offense. 6 Love joyfully celebrates honesty and finds no delight in what is wrong. 7 Love is a safe place of shelter, for it never stops believing the best for others. Love never takes failure as defeat, for it never gives up. 8 Love never stops loving. It extends beyond the gift of prophecy, which eventually fades away. It is more enduring than tongues, which will one day fall silent. Love remains long after words of knowledge are forgotten. 9 Our present knowledge and our prophecies are but partial, 10 but when
love’s perfection arrives, the partial will fade away 1st Corinthians 13:4-10(TPT)
Finally, let me leave with a quote by JR Miller "The only thing that walks back from the tomb with the mourners and refuses to be buried is the character of a man." What a man is survives him not what he does, what he is can never be buried even when what he does is forgotten. Selah
Thank you so much for having me and I believe someone this month. I am Havilah and have a fulfilling September.
