Pita Post Fresh & Authentic!
Born and raised in Israel, Tal Sasson wanted to bring an upscale, quick food-service to the Food Truck industry, which was building momentum since 2013. The Pita Post serves up a full service menu for events, including overstuffed pita sandwiches using all fresh ingredients – natural flavors, replicating a street food experience in Israel. Their bread is made fresh and hot to order. Each pita is customized and unique – the flavor is out of this world. Hungry yet? Bigalora is on the move.
Bigalora features authentic Napoletana style pizza with Michigan’s first biga fermented pizza dough, which undergoes a natural 72 hour fermentation without the use of commercial yeast or added sugar, before being charred to perfection in 90 seconds at 900 degrees in our custom-built wood burning oven. Bigalora opened in 2010 in Southfield, MI, followed by Royal Oak, Ann Arbor and Detroit Metro Airport. Two others are set to open this summer. Their food truck was introduced in 2014, giving them the versatility to showcase their delicious pizza to the community. Hire them for any event!
