Weekly Team Meetings with Organizing Committee Weekly Meetings with Conference & Agenda Manager Approximately 20 hrs of work per week Living AIESEC Values Passion to contribute to the movement of Nicas that achieve Attendance to OC Summit on Saturday, May 13th from 9 a.m to 5 p.m (Required)
OCP Responsibilities ● Selecting, managing and tracking OC Team. ● Elaborate, track and evaluate the Action Plan for OC Team. ● Weekly financial, logistics and PD report to MC Conference Manager. ● Ensuring the event is organized properly in terms of logistics, internal and external promotion, raising partnerships, budget tracking and synergy with Agenda Manager and MC.
Preferred Skills & Experience ● Team Management. ● Attendance to at least 2 of the past AIESEC National Conference. ● Prior project/event management experience inside or outside AIESEC. ● Coaching and tracking skills. ● Professional communication skills. ● Ability to work under pressure.
