OCP Responsibilities
Selecting, managing and tracking OC Team YouthSpeak Forum 2017. Elaborate, track and evaluate the Action Plan for OC Team YouthSpeak Forum 2017. Weekly financial, logistics and PD report to MC Conference Manager. Ensuring the event is organized properly in terms of logistics, internal and external promotion, raising partnerships, budget tracking and synergy with Agenda Manager and MC.
Preferred Skills/Experience Team Management. Attendance to at least 2 of the past AIESEC
National Conference. Prior project/event management experience inside or outside AIESEC. Coaching and tracking skills. Professional communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
