I am a 55 year old former accountant who has been suffering from back pain for several years and has found that Pilates provides relief from this. My Osteopath/Physiotherapist And myself have formed a Joint Venture to market on the Internet high quality DVD's on the subject of Pilates and stretch for back pain.
