Our New Willow Sculpture Details on page four
From the Head As I said to the girls in the final assembly of the term, the lasting impression of recent weeks can largely be summed up in one word - snow! Whilst this led to a number of frustrations (not to mention the fun too!) it did not hold the girls back in their endeavours. Sport probably took the biggest ‘hit’, however I am immensely proud of the 1st Lacrosse team who won the National Small Schools Lacrosse Tournament, in challenging weather conditions and with a number of injuries to key players, and retained the title for the third year running. To top off many exciting trips and achievements, we ended the term with a fabulous, if rather terrifying, Drama Prefect’s Play ‘Lord of the Flies’ and the photos enclosed give a flavour of the spectacle for those not lucky enough to be able to see it.
