A Novel Approach of Image Restoration Based on Segmentation and Fuzzy Clustering Siddharth Saxena*, Rajeev Kumar Singh Department of CSE & IT, MITS, Gwalior, India Abstract Image restoration is the process of restoring or deblurring an image which had been undergone certain degradations. In this paper, we proposed a method for image restoration based on segmentation and fuzzy clustering. This method consider the similar image pair in which there is a clear part in one image corresponding to degraded one in another. This proposed method firstly partition the image into specified segments and then use fuzzy clustering to cluster the segment based on their peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) value and provide the segments that needs to restore. The performance of the system is evaluated on the basis of PSNR value. The proposed method shows higher efficiency compared to the existing methods. A New Approach to Reduce Guassian Noise in Images using Fuzzy Logic Janardhan C N*, Mohamed Rafi Computer Science and Engineering Department, U. B. D. T College of Engineering, Davanagere, Karnataka, India Abstract The quality of an image in any image processing algorithm plays a vital role as the quality of image is a primary thing. There are several techniques employed to enhance the quality of the image. Few techniques are applied to all images irrespective of the noise and few are employed to reduce particular type of noise present in the images. In this paper a new method is used for the noise reduction of images contaminated with Gaussian noise by using fuzzy image filter wherein the fuzzy derivatives are derived with the help of fuzzy rules which are then used for the fuzzy image smoothing technique to reduce the noise that also uses the values of membership functions. Here the technique of smoothing is applied to de-noise the image, later the de-fuzzification techniques are applied to get the de-noised image. The result shows the most efficient filter to remove the white Gaussian noise. Marking the maximum and minimum performance of filter for different images helps in designing and comparing the new filters which give better results than the existing filters.

Utilization of PaaS and IaaS Cloud Services in Mobile Network S. Hima Keerthi*, A. Karunakar College of Engineering, J. N. T. U. Kakinada University, Vizianagaram Dwarapudi, VIZIANAGARAM – 535003, Andhra Pradesh, India Abstract The rapid usage of wireless devices like mobiles, smart phones, tablets etc. provide richer content and social networking interaction. But it is by limited battery lifetime of mobile devices and unstable network connections; the high quality of service expected by mobile users is not satisfied. The cloud computing technology observes the above limitations in mobile devices and supports potentially for desired mobile services. Leveraging the Cloud computing technology, we propose a new mobile video streaming framework, dubbed AMES-Cloud, which has two main parts—adaptive mobile video (AMoV) streaming, and efficient social video (ESoV) sharing. AMoV and ESoV construct a private agent to provide video streaming services efficiently for each mobile user. Here we use PaaS (platform as a service) and IaaS (infrastructure as a service). By this the user can interact socially while sharing the information. We use surrogate to downloading and efficient streaming mobile services. The burst transmission of data gives high energy efficiency and streaming quality.

Cloud Computing and Storage Issues Brijesh Aggarwal*, Birender Singh Rawat, Dishant Passi Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurgaon, India Abstract This paper talks over security issues for cloud computing & presents a layered framework for secure clouds and then focus on layers, i.e., the storage layer & the data layer. Cloud computing is a set of IT facilities that are as long as to a customer over a network on adhoc basis and with the ability to scale up or down their service requirements. Generally cloud computing services are distributed by a third party provider who owns the groundwork. Its advantages to mention but some include scalability, flexibility, resilience, efficiency & outsourcing noncore actions. This paper will converse secure merged query handing out with map Reduce & Hadoop. Security is one of the key issues which block the development of cloud. Even with the potential advantages achieved from the cloud computing, the organizations are unhurried in accepting it due to security issues and dares associated with it. The idea of handling over important data to another company is worrisome; such that the consumers need to be vigilant in understanding the risks of data breaches in this new environment. This paper introduces a comprehensive analysis of the cloud computing security issues and tasks focusing continuously on the cloud computing types and the service delivery types. This paper describes our approach to securing the cloud.
