This morning, Jared Spataro, General Manager for Microsoft Office, and Ludovic Hauduc, Director of Development, kicked off Microsoft Project Conference 2014 in Anaheim, California with an opening keynote address. At this year’s event, we announced enhancements to Microsoft Project and showcased how it continues to evolve for modern business needs in collaboration, project and portfolio management.

20 million Project users and counting. Microsoft Project has steadily grown to the top of its market, and more than 20 million people are using Project across businesses of all sizes. From large enterprises, including Verizon Communications and the Hilti Corporation, to small and mid-sized businesses, such as Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler, Project is saving businesses time and money. • Verizon Communications has realized invaluable time savings and leveraged Project to improve its bottom line. “Project Server is a huge work-force multiplier for us,” says Chris Fullam, Program Manager, Project Management Center of Excellence, Verizon. “We’re saving about four hours per project on creating schedules alone; such time savings add up across 150,000 projects a year.” • The Hilti Corporation, a large global construction manufacturer, has significantly reduced IT complexity with Project Online. “By using a cloud-based solution, we got the agility we were seeking,” says Dr. Christian Buddendick, Head of Workplace Platform Services. “We can scale the use of Project Online from 20 people up to 10,000 users. It is easy to use and satisfies nearly 100 percent of our business needs.

Project Conference 2014 brings big ideas to the cloud

• With less than 200 employees, German marketing agency, Bassier, Bergmann & Kindler recently upgraded to Project Online and deployed Microsoft SharePoint Online to better share information, model business processes, and access project tools online. “We estimate that we’ll be able to decrease project management time by at least 10 percent by using Project Online,” says Dr. Anders Lehr, a senior project manager. With Office 365 and apps from our partner ecosystem, Project delivers an integrated PPM experience across devices and enables customers to stay ahead of the latest industry trends. As businesses move to the cloud and work to manage the proliferation of devices, Project Online, built on Office 365, delivers a strong foundation for businesses to realize the benefits of project management beyond IT, expanding into marketing and financial industries as well.

Introducing Project Lite. We’re pleased to introduce Project Lite, a new cloud offering that will become available on May 1, 2014. Project Lite is designed specifically for project team members, with features to view/update Tasks, enter Issues/Risks and Timesheets. At just $7 per user/month, instead of the original $33 per user/month with an annual subscription, Project Lite will bring powerful cloud service to even more people and significantly lower Total Cost of Ownership for our customers.

Focus On: Introducing the new Office cloud app model Hello, my name is Ludovic Hauduc and I’m General Manager for the Office Platform and Store teams. It’s a really exciting time for us, as we announced yesterday the customer preview of the new Office. As you can see from the press release and the Office Next blog, we’re making deep investments in the cloud with this release. On this blog, we want to talk about what we’ve done for developers in Office and SharePoint and hear back from you. There is already a large and vibrant ecosystem of developers building rich solutions for Office and SharePoint. Today, we are announcing a marketplace of apps, the Office Store, which will make it easier for solution builders to reach of the billion people using Office. As we thought about the type of solutions customers want, we focused on a couple key trends. Data storage is moving to the cloud, applications settings roam, and offline is increasingly becoming the exception. Every day we use multiple devices for multiple purposes, natural interfaces are the norm. Finally, solutions people interact with are collaborative and social… it’s not just about one person being productive anymore. To make it easier to build and deploy applications that customers trust, we created a new cloud app model for Office and SharePoint. We tapped into a few key trends in building this “cloud app model”: • More and more companies are exposing data through public RESTful APIs, • Web standards have matured and dominate • Apps are everywhere The new cloud app model enables developers to build a new class of apps, and is designed around the following key tenets: • Web Standards: The new cloud app model allows developers to build apps for Office and SharePoint using web standards that are interoperable by design. • Security: Solutions built on the new app model are isolated and secure by design, bringing the power of web technologies in Office and SharePoint in a secure execution sandbox. • Performance: This new class of apps will make it easy for developers to extend and personalize end-users’ Office and SharePoint experience without impacting performance. • Consistency: Initially focused on Office Client Applications and Web Applications, we designed and will evolve the new app model to extend our users’ experience wherever Office runs, and across more and more Office Applications. • Flexibility and Choice: Developers can choose to use the new app model and will be able to submit apps into the Office Store. They can also continue to use the existing Office extensibility models (VBA/Add-ins/full-trust SharePoint solutions), however these solutions cannot be submitted to the Office Store, as only this new class of apps can provide a seamless installation and update experience.

What exactly are apps for Office and SharePoint? While we’re all familiar with the concepts of apps in general, I’d like to invite you to watch some videos that illustrate examples and the concepts of this new class of apps. Those apps can be used and designed in multiple shapes: inserted inline directly into a spreadsheet, or just as a task pane; or automatically activated within an e-mail. In SharePoint, apps can be a full page, part of a web page, or just a menu extension.

Introducing the new Office cloud app model

In this example, an Excel spreadsheet is extended with two apps, a “content app” (such as the Bing Map app, available from the Office Store) and a “task pane” app on the right. Both apps will travel with the document while being hosted in the cloud.

Apps for Office: A radically new User Interface for a radically new App Model While our existing extensibility models are designed to automate our Office Client Applications at their deepest level through a rich set of Objects and APIs, the new cloud app model targets a different set of scenarios, where the document’s content is the center of the action, and where apps themselves are part of the content. Unlike Add-ins, apps for Office are saved as part of the document file format, they travel with the document and require no code installation on the user’s machine. Apps for Office interact with the document’s content using simple APIs, and since these APIs are common across Office Applications, the same app can easily work in both Word and Excel for instance, with no code change. Try this yourself! Download and launch the preview of the new Excel or Word go to Insert > Apps for Office, select one of the apps currently in our store, and play with it. I’d recommend trying the Bing Map app for Excel or the Bing News Search app for Word, to get a feel for this new concept.

Apps for SharePoint: Putting the user in control SharePoint has long been a hub for collaboration, document management, and data. Apps for SharePoint help put the user in control, by making it easy to quickly find an app that solves a business need. There will be customers who need help organizing an event… and you can build an app for that. There will be customers who need an easy way to manage resources across multiple projects… and you can build an app for that too. End users can quickly find and acquire apps available from the Store, without having to go through their IT departments. We’ve significantly lowered the barrier for app acquisition and management. You can just go to a site and quickly see the list of apps already installed as well as add new ones from the Office Store:

In addition to the power of apps within SharePoint, we’ve also seen a desire by developers to leverage SharePoint’s services when building their own standalone apps, like a phone app or a Windows 8 app. Even for simple services like file storage, SharePoint’s rich set of versioning/compliance/and governance works on any document library, which means that you’ll be able to build apps for business users that meet all of their needs without you having to do any extra work. All of SharePoint’s services are RESTful, which makes it incredibly easy to build your own standalone application that is powered on the back end by Office 365.

So, how to get started building apps? The new cloud app model embraces web standards and technologies to give developers choice and flexibility to build apps, with consistency across Office and SharePoint products. For the first time, you can build apps for Office and SharePoint with what you already know: use familiar languages and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET or PHP ; your favorite web development tools, and just about any hosting environments to develop, test and deploy your apps.

Introducing the new Office cloud app model

For the first time, develop solutions that don’t work only for Word, or only for Excel anymore. You can now build your app once, and reuse it across Word and Excel using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript code. Depending on your app, you can even reuse most of your code to use your app in SharePoint! For the first time, build an app for SharePoint with 100% parity between SharePoint Online as part of Office 365 and SharePoint on-premises. Apps are just web applications, developed with client-side and server-side code and interacting with Office and SharePoint thanks to a new JavaScript API for Office, the new OAuth support, REST end points, and expanded JavaScript CSOM for SharePoint. Apps are not tightlycoupled to Office and SharePoint. They run off-box, in the cloud, giving developers and IT administrators the flexibility that they need to respectively develop and maintain apps, or manage Office and SharePoint products life cycles and version upgrades. Apps have minimal footprint on the desktops or the servers.

An enhanced development experience on dev.office.com We are thrilled to launch a new Developer Center, dev.office.com, dedicated to apps for Office and SharePoint. Here, you’ll find the best resources to build apps and submit them to the Office Store. For the first time, you can jump right into developing with nothing more than your browser. We’ve partnered and worked with the Visual Studio and Azure teams to provide you with the environment and web development tools that you need for a quick start. Actually we are even shipping a brand new tool for the occasion: “Napa” - Office 365 Development Tools built by the Visual Studio team. “Napa” is offered as a free app for SharePoint in the Office Store, it is a light and browser-based set of developer tools that can be added to a SharePoint Online Developer Site. This is the best app for SharePoint I’ve seen so far! Once you’re done, simply submit and publish your apps to users through the Seller Dashboard to the Office Store. One billion people use Office worldwide. One copy of Office 2010 is sold every second, and it’s been deployed 5 times faster than the previous version (Office 2007) within enterprises.

This is our first step towards this model, apps for Office and SharePoint deliver new scenarios and provide a brand new user experiences by combining cloud services and web technologies directly in Office and SharePoint.

What about our existing extensibility models? Our classic extensibility models are fully supported in the new Office and SharePoint. For Office, this means VBA code, COM add-ins and VSTO solutions will continue to work and be supported. For SharePoint, this means that previously released solutions extending SharePoint on-premise will continue to run as expected and be supported, this includes solutions running with full-trust. We’re excited to bring the new app model as a way to offer more choice and flexibility for our developers, at the same time, we’re standing behind the existing ecosystem of Office and SharePoint solutions.

Tips & Tricks Introducing Project’s new reports Whenever we talk to project managers, we hear one word over and over – reports. How you’re always preparing reports for status presentation or mails to customers, management, team members, etc. How you have to make quick decisions and need reports to help you do this. All of that feedback inspired us to build a new reporting feature in the new version of Project. Building off of a familiar Office infrastructure, you can now create reports with charts and tables in Project off your project’s data to analyze your project and then share the results with others. The reports update automatically as you update your project. To help you get started, we’ve even included a bunch of reports out of box. Let’s see how this works. Here’s what you’re used to seeing in Project:

Tips & Tricks Creare un organigramma senza dati esterni Un organigramma è un diagramma che mostra le relazioni tra i dipendenti, i titoli e i gruppi. È possibile disegnare un organigramma partendo da zero, usando le forme di organigramma e connettendole come d’abitudine. Se tutte le informazioni sui dipendenti si trovano in un documento come un foglio di lavoro di Excel o una directory di Exchange Server, Visio può creare un diagramma in cui le forme e i connettori vengono aggiunti automaticamente. Per informazioni dettagliate, vedere Creare un organigramma con i dati sui dipendenti in modo automatico. Per trovare il modello migliore con cui iniziare, andare a File > Nuovo e digitare Organizzazione nella casella di ricerca. Per gli organigrammi sono disponibili diversi modelli. È possibile scegliere tra quelli il cui nome non contiene le parole Creazione guidata. • Dallo stencil Organigramma - Forme trascinare nella pagina la forma di livello superiore dell’organizzazione, ad esempio Executive. • Dopo avere selezionato la forma, immettere un titolo per la forma, premere Esc, selezionare il campo di testo Nome e digitare un nome, ad esempio specificare Ezio Alboni come Presidente. • Prendere una forma per il primo subalterno e rilasciarla al centro della forma già presente. Le due forme verranno automaticamente collegate in ordine gerarchico. • Per completare l’organigramma, continuare a trascinare le forme subordinate sulle forme superiore, immettendo un nome e un titolo per ognuna di esse. Per modificare il layout e le forme e inserire le immagini I modelli Organigramma aggiungono una scheda Organigramma alla barra multifuzione. Gli strumenti di questa barra permettono di modificare in modo globale l’aspetto del diagramma. Creare un organigramma senza dati esterni

Usare la raccolta Forme per scegliere lo stile delle forme del diagramma. Usare gli strumenti del gruppo Immagine per inserire un’immagine nella forma selezionata, eliminare l’immagine segnaposto e modificare l’immagine dopo averla inserita in una forma. Il gruppo Dati organizzazione include strumenti per importare dati da un’origine esterna con la creazione guidata, esportare dati dell’organizzazione in Excel o in un file di testo e confrontare i dati del diagramma con un’origine dati esterna. Per visualizzare gruppi tramite Cornice gruppo o linee con punti Dopo aver creato un organigramma, è possibile modificare la disposizione delle informazioni per rappresentare le relazioni dei gruppi virtuali. Avvicinare le forme correlate, quindi aggiungere connettori a linea tratteggiata per visualizzare le strutture di subordinazione secondarie oppure utilizzare la forma Cornice gruppo per evidenziare un gruppo virtuale. Il rapporto a linea tratteggiata funziona come un normale connettore. La forma Cornice gruppo è rettangolare e può essere utilizzata per raggruppare visivamente e denominare i gruppi.

IT Tools Novita’àdi Project Web App per Microsoft Project Server 2013 I miglioramenti apportati in questa versione hanno l’obiettivo di facilitare e ottimizzare la gestione e l’esecuzione delle attività dell’utente. In Project Web App per Microsoft Project Server 2013 sono stati apportati miglioramenti per project manager, membri del team, program manager e amministratori del sito. In Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 sono state aggiunte caratteristiche che si integrano con Project Web App per Project Server 2013. In questo articolo sono descritte tutte le aree di miglioramento.

Creazione di relazioni e approvazione di tempi e stato attivita’à I membri del team noteranno un cambiamento considerevole nell’interfaccia utente della scheda attività. Le opzioni disponibili nella barra multifunzione sono state suddivise in più schede e le funzioni più comuni sono state raggruppate in un’unica scheda per semplificare il processo di creazione delle relazioni. L’aggiunta delle righe a una scheda attività è stata semplificata e le righe per il tempo amministrativo vengono mantenute da una scheda attività all’altra. I dati relativi al lavoro non dedicato al progetto sono disponibili per l’uso in applicazioni di terze parti e per la creazione di relazioni interne, ma non rimandano ai progetti o alle attività dei membri del team. Anche gli addetti all’approvazione dei tempi e dello stato delle attività inviati dai membri del team noteranno dei miglioramenti. Le modifiche apportate al processo di approvazione consentono alle organizzazioni di allinearsi con maggiore efficacia ai processi aziendali esistenti. In particolare: • Al processo di approvazione possono essere aggiunti eventi che consentono a potenziali applicazioni di terze parti di implementare un flusso di lavoro di approvazione delle schede attività. • I controlli relativi ai totali delle schede attività possono essere ulteriormente perfezionati in modo da tenere conto dei dipendenti part-time.

Funzionalità aggiuntive per la gestione dei progetti La web part Programmazione in Project Web App è stata migliorata per garantire un accesso più rapido ai dati e una maggiore corrispondenza con il motore di programmazione usato nell’applicazione client di Microsoft Project 2013. Gli aggiornamenti disponibili sono i seguenti: • È possibile programmare non solo l’attività corrente ma l’intero piano di progetto senza fare clic su Calcola o premere F9. • Le risorse costi e materiali possono essere assegnate alle attività. • Alle attività possono essere assegnate scadenze. • I campi personalizzati delle formule vengono aggiornati istantaneamente mentre si lavora in Project Web App. • Le attività possono essere A lavoro fisso o Basate sulle risorse, con funzionalità complete. • Quando si modifica un progetto, se non vengono eseguite azioni per un determinato periodo di tempo è previsto il timeout della sessione di modifica per risparmiare memoria. Il timeout consente anche di eseguire il ripristino dopo interruzioni dell’alimentazione, errori di rete o del disco. • La web part Programmazione comprende una sequenza temporale visiva delle attività di progetto.

Elenchi attività di SharePoint in Project Web App Project Web App può comprendere elenchi attività di SharePoint nel Centro progetti per agevolare il passaggio da una gestione dei progetti semplificata a una soluzione di gestione dei progetti dell’organizzazione più elaborata. Quando un elenco attività di SharePoint viene associato a Project Web App, gli utenti possono visualizzare l’elenco attività come un progetto principalmente in sola lettura. È possibile includere i progetti elenchi attività di SharePoint nelle relazioni e le assegnazioni nei progetti elenchi attività di SharePoint vengono tenute in considerazione durante la verifica della disponibilità delle risorse. Integrazione tra Microsoft Exchange Server e Project Web App L’integrazione di Exchange Server è stata potenziata in Project Web App per consentire ai membri del team di creare relazioni sull’avanzamento delle attività usando Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Web App o perfino un dispositivo mobile connesso a Exchange. Questo garantisce una maggiore facilità nella creazione di relazioni su tempi e stato delle attività, integrando Project Web App con uno strumento a cui molti utenti hanno costantemente accesso. Oltre a questa integrazione al livello delle attività, Project Web App introduce l’integrazione delle funzionalità Fuori sede. Project Web App può essere configurato per tenere conto dei periodi Fuori sede in un calendario utente di Exchange durante la programmazione del lavoro relativo al progetto. Il calendario utente di Outlook è sincronizzato con il calendario della risorsa, in modo che quando l’utente contrassegna un periodo Fuori sede in Outlook, il motore di programmazione di Project Web App pianifica le ore delle attività in base al periodo Fuori sede. Questo consente di non dover più ricorrere a doppie programmazioni per tenere conto dei periodi di ferie.

Accesso da dispositivi mobili ai dati del progetto Una novità di Project Web App è il supporto per l’accesso da dispositivi mobili ai dati del progetto. È stato introdotto un sito per dispositivi mobili basato su Web che consente ai membri del team e ai project manager di visualizzare comodamente lo stato dei progetti da un dispositivo mobile. Usando il sito per dispositivi mobili abilitato al tocco, è possibile accedere e modificare i documenti relativi al progetto e apportare semplici modifiche ai piani di progetto da Windows Phone 7.5 (usando il browser Internet Explorer 9), Apple iPhone o un dispositivo Android.

Maggiore disponibilita’di Centro business intelligence e relazioni In Project Web App, la creazione delle relazioni nel Centro business intelligence è stata migliorata per facilitare l’esperienza utente grazie a un’interfaccia più efficiente e a un nuovo gruppo di relazioni e dashboard dalla grafica più sofisticata. Le nuove relazioni sono ampiamente personalizzabili e usano il nuovo servizio OData per consentire la creazione di relazioni ad hoc online.

Gestione proposte Le caratteristiche di Gestione proposte sono state introdotte in Microsoft Project Server 2010. Gestione proposte ha l’obiettivo di centralizzare tutte le proposte di lavoro in un’unica area, applicare alle proposte un processo di governance in più fasi, migliorare il processo decisionale riguardo alle proposte da approvare e registrare l’avanzamento dell’esecuzione fino al completamento del lavoro. Un miglioramento fondamentale in Project Web App per Project Server 2013 consiste nella possibilità di usare Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2013 per creare flussi di lavoro di Project Web App per Gestione proposte.

Project Web App per Microsoft Project Online La versione di Project Web App per Project Server 2013 è abbinata al rilascio di un nuovo servizio in Office 365, Project Web App per Microsoft Project Online. Con Project Web App per Project Online tutta la manutenzione operativa è gestita tramite un servizio ospitato che esclude soltanto le attività amministrative PMO (Project Management Office), ad esempio la configurazione di utenti, schede attività, campi personalizzati e visualizzazioni. Program manager, project manager e membri del team possono accedere a Project Web App per Project Online da qualsiasi posizione, purché sia disponibile una connessione Internet. Project Online può includere anche Microsoft Project Pro for Office 365, una versione scaricabile e in abbonamento di Microsoft Project Professional 2013.

Siti di progetto e attività personali in SharePoint Foundation 2013 In Microsoft SharePoint Foundation 2013 è presente una serie di nuove caratteristiche che consentono una gestione dei progetti semplificata senza l’installazione di Project Web App. Se è installato anche Project Web App, queste caratteristiche di SharePoint sono potenziate e includono funzionalità di gestione dei progetti più avanzate relative a Project Web App. Uno degli obiettivi principali dell’integrazione di SharePoint consiste nel consolidamento di tutto il lavoro di una persona in un’unica posizione. All’interno di SharePoint Foundation 2013, questa posizione può essere un sito di progetto (molto utile per un team che lavora a un progetto) oppure il sito personale di un utente.

Siti di progetto I siti di progetto consentono al personale di un’organizzazione di collaborare in modo efficace a progetti semplificati. I project manager possono avere una rapida panoramica del progetto, mentre i membri del team possono avere un riscontro immediato del loro lavoro all’interno del contesto generale. I siti di progetto consentono ai team anche di condividere e accedere a dati, documenti e comunicazioni. I siti di progetto offrono le seguenti caratteristiche: • • • • • • •

Se SharePoint Foundation 2013 è connesso a Microsoft Exchange Server 2013, un sito di progetto può includere anche una cassetta postale del team per le comunicazioni unificate relative al progetto in fase di avanzamento. Se un sito di progetto fa parte di una raccolta siti associata a Project Web App, può essere usato anche per individuare problemi, rischi e risultati finali. Come è stato evidenziato in Elenchi attività di SharePoint in Project Web App, l’elenco attività di un sito di progetto può essere trasferito nel Centro progetti in Project Web App per l’inserimento in relazioni e per l’analisi della disponibilità delle risorse. All’aumentare della complessità di un progetto, l’elenco attività in un sito di progetto può essere convertito in un progetto dell’organizzazione e gestito usando Project Web App.

Attivita’personali nel sito personale di un utente Un utente può scegliere di usare la pagina Attività personali all’interno del sito personale per visualizzare un’aggregazione di attività degli elenchi attività di SharePoint Outlook, OneNote e Project Web App in un’unica posizione. Piuttosto che passare ad altri prodotti, elenchi, siti e raccolte siti per la visualizzazione e la modifica delle attività, l’utente può semplicemente andare alla pagina Attività personali per visualizzare una raccolta di tutte le attività da eseguire in un’unica posizione. La pagina Attività personali consente di aggiornare le attività di Project Web App esistenti e i risultati vengono sincronizzati in Project Web App. Ad esempio, se si modifica lo stato di un’attività di Project Web App attiva impostandolo su “Completata” nella pagina Attività personali, la modifica verrà inoltrata a Project Web App. La pagina Attività personali include un’ampia varietà di caratteristiche pensate per una migliore organizzazione delle attività: • Sequenza temporale La sequenza temporale offre una rappresentazione visiva delle attività recenti e imminenti assegnate all’utente. Per impostazione predefinita, vengono visualizzate tutte le attività relative a una settimana precedente e tre settimane successive. La sequenza temporale è ampiamente personalizzabile ed è pensata per consentire di visualizzare le attività nella modalità desiderata. • Attività importanti È possibile usare il contrassegno Importante per specificare le attività ad alta priorità o particolarmente significative. • Visualizzazioni e filtri Esistono diversi modi per visualizzare e filtrare le attività, per consentire all’utente di scegliere le attività e la visualizzazione che preferisce.

IT Tools Creazione condivisa e collaborazione nell’uso dei diagrammi Più persone possono usare un diagramma di Visio contemporaneamente, ciascuna sul proprio computer. Grazie alla creazione condivisa, un team può creare rapidamente diagrammi di più pagine, decidendo insieme quale sarà l’aspetto del diagramma. Le modifiche apportate da ogni persona sono subito visibili nelle copie del diagramma di tutti gli altri componenti del gruppo. Tutte le persone che useranno il diagramma dovranno avere installato sul proprio computer Visio Professional Edition.

Configurare un diagramma per la creazione condivisa • Creare una diagramma di Visio in una raccolta SharePoint oppure aprire un diagramma in Visio e quindi caricarlo in SkyDrive. • Concedere a tutte le persone che useranno il diagramma le autorizzazioni per modificarlo. Ogni autore apre il diagramma dal server in Visio e inizia a creare, modificare o rivedere. Nell’angolo inferiore compare una notifica ogni volta che una persona si unisce o lascia una sessione (cioè apre il diagramma per modificarlo oppure lo chiude). Sulla barra di stato è sempre indicato quante persone stanno usando il diagramma.

Come le modifiche vengono mostrate nel diagramma Sulle forme che sono state modificate da un’altra persona compaiono piccole icone. La forma non viene bloccata neanche quando presenta un’icona che indica che un’altra persona la sta modificando. Se ad esempio un’altra persona sta modificando il colore, è possibile cambiare contemporaneamente il testo della forma. Se i membri del gruppo collaborano e lavorano su aree specifiche, sarà poco probabile che due persone si ritrovino a modificare esattamente lo stesso elemento, ad esempio il testo di una stessa forma, nello stesso momento. Se dovesse accadere, verrà mantenuta l’ultima modifica apportata (fino alla successiva modifica).

Creazione condivisa e collaborazione nell’uso dei diagrammi

Ogni volta che si salvano le modifiche apportate al diagramma, Visio le sincronizza con il server. Contemporaneamente, rispecchia le modifiche apportate da tutti gli utenti nelle copie del diagramma usate dai singoli utenti. Quando un’altra persona salva le proprie modifiche sul server vengono visualizzate delle icone e una notifica sulla barra di stato indica che sono disponibili aggiornamenti. È quindi importante salvare spesso, per essere certi di avere le modifiche più recenti degli altri autori e per rendere disponibili a loro le proprie.
