STONCLAD UT Stonclad UT is a dense liquid-rich, self-priming, textured, four-component, notch trowel applied polyurethane mortar system.

Stonclad UT consists of a urethane-urea binder, pigments, powders, and quartz aggregates. When cured Stonclad UT provides an extremely hard, high impact resistant mortar with excellent abrasion, wear, temperature and chemical resistances.

These attributes make Stonclad UT ideal for use in areas where floors are subject to impact, heavy or abrasive traffic, and spillages of acids, alkalies, solvents, fats, oils, sugars and other corrosive substances, while maintaining outstanding resistance to thermal shock and thermal cycling.

BENEFITS • C hemical Resistance: UT provides excellent protection against a wide variety of alkali, inorganic acids, organic acids, chlorides and aromatic solvents.

• Q uick Turn Around: Stonclad UT can be installed and cured in a short window, allowing for faster installations and less production downtime.

STONCLAD HT Stonclad HT is an epoxy-based, three-component floor surfacing system. It is specifically designed to provide excellent protection against corrosive attack from chemicals such as oxidizing agents, organic acids and aromatic solvents. Stonhard HT cures quickly, forming an exceptionally durable, slip-resistant floor surface. These properties make Stonclad HT ideal for use in heavy or abrasive traffic areas where the floors are subject to impact and abrasive traffic, and spillages of acids, alkalies, solvents, fats, oils, sugars and other corrosive substances.

HT provides excellent protection against corrosive attack from a wide variety of chemicals including oxidizing agents, organic acids and aromatic solvents.

HEAT RESISTANCE Stonclad HT was engineered to tolerate frequent highpressure, hot water washes. HT can withstand temperatures up to 200ºF/95ºC.

QUICK TURN AROUND

Stonclad HT can be installed and cured in a short window, allowing for faster installations and less production down-time.

STONSHIELD UTS Stonshield UTS is a decorative, polyurethane flooring system, textured with Stonshield’s quartz aggregate. UTS is specifically formulated for the food and beverage industry using a multifunctional urethane-urea resin. Stonshield UTS cures to an extremely hard, high impact resistant mortar which exhibits excellent abrasion, wear, temperature and chemical resistance. Stonshield UTS also provides excellent protection against attack from chemicals such as strong oxidizing agents and organic acids, while maintaining outstanding resistance to thermal shock and thermal cycling.
