ST PAUL’S SCHOOL REUNION GUIDE • 3

WELCOME Our Reunion Programme was set up in 2016 to encourage alumni to organise reunions on their 10, 20, 25, 30 and 40 year anniversaries since leaving, supported by the External Relations team. If you aren’t approaching one of these anniversaries, do not let this deter you from holding a reunion, whether it be for your year group, your sports team, your cast mates or your tutor group. We will endeavour to help you as much as possible.

There are no rules for how reunions should be - be as inventive and creative as you like. The timeline at the back of this booklet should help you through the process and the staff in the External Relations office are here to help.

How we can help Sadly, our resources are limited so we are only able to support 10, 20, 25, 30 and 40 Year Reunions through School. This means that for any other Reunions we are unable to: •

Book venues on site

Provide staff

Take bookings through our online booking system

We want to help where we can, and we can offer to: • •

Send one ‘Save the Date’, one invitation with the booking link, and one reminder to book Feature the reunion in the OP eNews

Feature the reunion in the monthly ‘What’s On’ emails

List the reunion on our website events page
