Dear Students, One often wonders, what makes a nation great? If we are to note all the factors, it would make a pretty long list. However, if we are to look for that one denominator where all these factors converge, it would be the citizen, the individual... the human. We often look outside ourselves for national growth; the government should do this…the politicians should say that… the educational system is such that… the legal process is so complicated...and on and on we go... But listen to these words... “Should”…”is”... In our minds we either assign an imperative to a third party outside of our control, or give in to the status quo before we even try. But what if we change our words? Our view of life? The importance we give to ourselves and our actions? Now imagine with me... Imagine a nation where each person says… “I can”, “I will”. And imagine with me... A nation where every citizen stands proudly and says: “I did and I am doing this for my country, for its growth, for its development, for its reputation and image in the eyes of the world, and I am doing it not because I am expecting recognition or acclaim, I am doing it because it is an intrinsic need in me. I am not doing it only because it is my duty, I am doing it because it is my calling.” What is a nation but a collection of each and every individual? Yes, each and every individual matters, each and every individual has the same weight of responsibility regardless of his or her position, financial status, or social background. My dear students, the oil price is going down, the region is in turmoil, the stock exchange is fluctuating… it does not matter!! Only you matter, what you stand for and what you achieve. A decent, well-earned life is worth all the money in the world and a loving and giving soul cannot be swept away in turmoil. So, focus on yourself and I promise you, the nation will take care of itself, for the nation is you, and you are the nation. Build a Human, Build a Nation Happy Independence Day to all, Till next issue,

Zeina Mokaddam

Build a Human, Build a Nation The Winners of the STUDENTALK Interactive Campaign

We follow John F. Kennedy’s words as we searched the universities of Kuwait in order to see what the students are planning for their future. STUDENTALK visited each university in the period of one month as we asked students about what they will do during the next ten years. Even though it may seem like a long period of time, many of the students were able to give us some great replies as we got to see the different plans that the citizens of this country have to offer! We visited the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK), the American University of Kuwait (AUK), the Gulf University of Science and Technology (GUST), the American University of the Middle East (AUM), Box Hill College, Kuwait University College of Business Administration, and Kuwait University College of Engineering and Petroleum. Once the interviews were finalized, we chose the best seven answers (one from each university) as we interviewed them and you can check them out on the cover! The winners were Haytham Al-Hindal, Shafiq Lalani, Othman Al-Fares, Abdulaziz Al-Enezi, Shereen Haje, Waleed Al-Khatib, and Bashar Halab.

The American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), Kuwait Chapter is an independent, nonprofit, student-run organization dedicated to providing unmatched programs, information, and resources on issues critical to architectural education. AIAS-KU is the first international chapter.

Tefaseel is a design exhibition organized by the American Institute of Architecture Students, Kuwait Chapter (AIAS-KU). Among the professional market are the students of the college of architecture presenting their own form of designs, which are carefully selected reflecting the shows focus on design quality and innovation.

Tefaseel 2.0 will be the second design exhibition held at AlHamra by AIAS, the first took place April 2015 that included works by the students of the College of Architecture as well as firms such as Pace, Pad10, M2h Studio, Babnimnim, Experiment 1 and Kayan. These firms designed installations that stayed within the theme of the exhibition which at the time was ‘Light’ or chose to design something different, but all designs were of excellent quality. Date: 2nd, 3rd and 4th of March 2016. Location: AlHamra Exhibition Hall

Led by coach Wessam Mohammad, the team’s efforts did not go unnoticed as he praises their performance throughout the competition, “We approached all games with the same mentality as a final game, we got better all the way to winning the championship. Special thanks to Dean Hanan Muzaffar and Mr. Omar Mehdi for their great support; to all the fans who stood by our side throughout the tournament. And finally, thanks to all the players for their determination,

Give Yourself a Chance By Alaa Nasr

You are sometimes hard on yourself and you sometimes can’t stop the negativity from entering your mind. Don’t deny it, it happens to everyone. Let me share a story with you that happened to me recently and it taught me a life lesson, it taught me to “Give Myself A Chance”. It was during a two-day event and I was assigned to be a host. I was asked to speak both English and Arabic. This was going to be the first time that I host any type of event in Arabic so I was understandably nervous. I went on stage in front of 100 people and began speaking… “What is this? You were really good in that Arabic part!” said one of the guys that I worked with right after I left the stage. I could quickly sense the sarcasm in his voice as he continued by saying that “people will probably never come to one of our events ever again!” Other people were a little easier on me as they said that I will probably be able to do better next time with a little more practice. The important thing to mention here is that I am a perfectionist and I was extremely disappointed in myself. I packed my bag and left thinking that I am extremely bad at this and I needed to find a way out because there is no way I will be presenting again tomorrow! People probably had a very bad impression of me as well. With all of the negativity that was going through my head, there was a voice that stood most amongst the rest, “Alaa, you are not a quitter. You were put in this for a reason and you are able to make it happen.

Was it really that bad? Yes? Then train and prove yourself! Go up there tomorrow and show them that you’re good at this. Don’t prove anything to anyone, prove it to yourself” These words in my head became my fuel and the disappointment that I felt became my motivation. I needed this negative energy because it activated this energy that was within me. Then it began. I was preparing for the next day and I even asked for people to give me any constructive criticism because it is the only way that I can progress. With a big smile on his face, the same colleague that mocked me told me that I came out with a great speech. Another person mentioned that it was a lot better than the day before. I felt extremely good because I could also sense the improvement and I was able to give myself a chance. From this experience, I learnt that it is very normal to make mistakes as long as you give yourself the chance to learn. Give yourself the chance to make things right again. You will never stop being hard on yourself but you should also give yourself a chance to be fair and positive. When you think that you can’t, turn it around and say “I can!”

Having said that, ensure you are well-prepared to see all your favorite clothes and accessories at unbelievable rates this February - We hope you’re all saved up! National/ Liberation Day The streets are filled, the people are out, and the fun begins! The people of Kuwait celebrate their National and Liberation days as they go out in the streets with their decorated cars and loud music to simply have a great time! It’s not something that you really see everyday so even sitting back and watching will be quite the experience! If you are planning to be part of the celebration though, make sure to be safe and responsible! It’s not fun anymore once someone gets hurt and it’s not difficult to avoid that from happening.

John F. Kennedy His Inspiring Words Still Live On

“My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country…” is a quote made by John F. Kennedy as those words still live with us until this very day. We grow up in a culture that ends up practically defining who we are. What makes us different is the way we are raised and the way we think about certain situations. President John F. Kennedy took that to a whole new level as he addressed the whole nation with one line sticking out among the rest. “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country…” Many of us live our lives wondering what our country has done or will do for us. What we don’t focus on is what can we, as individuals, do for our country? The country that we are living in, whether we are from there or not, has done its job. It has given us a home, it has given us education and it has prepared us for the real world. There comes a time where we have to start giving back. These inspiring words by JFK have opened the doors for many people. The doors that have been opened are in the minds of the people who heard these words as they realized that there is more that they can do for their country rather than settling for the “easier route”. Even though JFK’s speech was directed towards the American nation, it is an example for all of us. It is a speech that should stick with us in our minds through our everyday life as we work hard and be determined to become people who will be remembered and leave our marks in this world. Today, we are a civilization that aspires to do more than what is just expected of us. We have been able to reach heights that were unthinkable only a few years ago. What is even greater is that we have no intention of stopping anytime soon as the people of our generation are curious about what the future holds and therefore we work to achieve not only what is expected of us, but to also exceed it John F. Kennedy was a great and memorable leader who has achieved so much during his life. Now, we need to continue improving ourselves to become leaders of this generation and be able to make a difference in whatever shape or form. We need to be the change. We need to do more for our countries. We need to do more for our world.

''I Have a Dream'' Martin Luther King Jr.

Recognized as one of the most influential speakers of all time, Martin Luther King Jr. will forever be remembered for his words in “I Have a Dream” during the timeless speech that he made at the Lincoln Memorial on August 28, 1963.

“I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed — “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal.” I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. This will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with a new meaning “My country ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim’s pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring.” I have a dream today.” On April 3, 1968, he told supporters, “I’ve seen the promised land. I may not get there with you.

But I want you to know tonight that we, as a people, will get to the promised land.” The next day, while standing on a balcony outside his room at the Lorraine Motel, Martin Luther King Jr. was struck by a sniper’s bullet. His death caused major riots amongst the whole country but it didn’t change the positive impacts that he has left there during his time. Martin Luther King Jr.’s most acclaimed role in society has been his efforts in advancing the civil rights movement. He brought attention to a massive issue that was incredibly controversial and sensitive during that time as his take on nonviolence was crucial in his efforts, and assisted in gaining traction for the movement. The presence that he had in our society made a huge impact on the African-American Civil Rights Movement both before and after his assassination. On top of his Nobel Peace Prize, King was awarded the Presidential Medal of

Freedom, the Congressional Gold Medal, and is one of only four non-presidents to be honored with a memorial, which is located in Washington D.C.’s National Park. We are talking about a man who challenged a “norm” at that time and fought hard to make it change because he knew that it should not be this way anymore. He has seen that there was space for change while he also believed that the people can make the change. Martin Luther King Jr. was right and today we see a change that people only dreamed of not too long ago. He was the voice and the people were the ones to take action. Things may not be perfect right now but the world is on the right track and King was a person who took charge during his time to motivate the change. What is your dream? What changes would you like to see happen in the modern world? You can be the start to that change!

Talent Competition

www.studentalk-online.com

Take a look at our two competing talents for this month, Abdulaziz and Asaad! To know more about them and watch their videos, make sure to check them out and vote on our website! Tell us more about yourself My name is Abdulaziz Al-Enezi and I am currently a student at the American University of the Middle East (AUM). This is my final year and I am just working on raising my GPA so that I can be more prepared for the future. What is your talent? I play the guitar and it’s something that I absolutely love to do because it calms me and it’s a great hobby to have. How did you develop your talent? I started by playing chords and singing then, as I decided to go further, I read notes and developed my talent from there. It takes time but I am continuously improving. What are your future plans? I want to do my Masters and continue my education before coming back here and being a Professor at a university because I truly believe that we lack professors that can genuinely make a difference rather than just following the book. Who supported your talent? Everyone did and my friends were amazing throughout the whole time. Even when I was still in the beginning stages of playing, they kept pushing me and supporting me through it all. Did you encounter any obstacles? Reading notes was one of my main obstacles because it was very difficult for me. With time though I learnt how to and it has become a lot easier. Any last words for the readers? Follow what you love and work hard on it. We all have talents, we just have to figure out what it really is.

Abdulaziz vs. Asaad www.studentalk-online.com

Tell us more about yourself My name is Asaad Al-Dajani and I am currently a business student at ACK, doing my second semester in Business Management. I have two hobbies, which are going to the gym and the second is beatboxing What is your talent? My talent is beatboxing. I love it and I’ve been doing it since I was 15. Up until today, I keep trying to improve myself. I began after hearing a person called Stringo. After that, I went home and looked at YouTube videos about it and enhanced my skills. I wanted to learn more about it and see if it’s actually something that I could do.

Any last words for the readers? I used to hang out with people a while back who thought I was crazy because I was making these weird sounds with my mouth and they didn’t understand what I was trying to do no matter how much I improved. If you are able to impress people, that is what pushes you and you should surround yourself around those people to get the motivation that you need. If you have a goal, keep fighting for it. You can do it as long as it is what you really want.

How did you develop your talent? When I first heard it, I was really into the idea of drumming but wasn’t able to get a drum set at home. So, when I heard beatboxing, it was something that sort of sounds like drums and I got hooked right away. I wanted to be able to make those sounds and create those beats. The fact that I had the opportunity to do it without having to actually purchase anything made it even more intriguing. What are your future plans? I don’t have a future plan in beatboxing but I have done a few shows in Kuwait, whether it was paid or just for fun. I plan to graduate and continue my Masters in Canada. I want to get a diploma in computer programming as well because it is something that I am really interested in as well. Who supported your talent? All of my friends at the time and today have given me continuous support and my mother has also been able to support and motivate me to continue doing this. Did you encounter any obstacles? Yes, I did. My main obstacle was actually my father because he was really against it at first as he saw it was very westernized. With time though, he heard the things that I could do and saw how serious I was about it. After that, he became a lot more lenient and accepting with the whole thing.

Startup Kuwait An initiative by the Global Center

Directed by the Global Center, Startup Kuwait is a private supported initiative which will include Kuwait University, Box Hill College Kuwait, American University of Kuwait, Australian College of Kuwait and Gulf University of Science & Technology. We sat with Dr. Redha Behbehani, the director of the Global Center, to know more about Startup Kuwait. What is the Global Center? The Global Center at the Kuwait University’s College of Business Administration was founded in 2007 to initiate and coordinate with private sector partners to create ways of offering programs for leadership development and, at the same time, to promote relationships with leading global business schools that would support the College of Business Administration’s teaching, research, case studies and its mission and vision. Since its inception, the Global Center has delivered over 140 executive educational seminars, reaching out to over 3,500 executives. What is the Startup Kuwait program? Startup Kuwait is one of many initiatives launched by the Global Center. Startup Kuwait’s aim is to enhance Kuwait’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, as a response to macro and micro economic challenges faced in Kuwait. These include the need for a greater role in the economy for the private sector, and the governmental allocation of KD 2 billion to fund and support startup businesses. Startup Kuwait was launched in November 2015. It was introduced to foster student leadership and entrepreneurship in partnership with colleges, universities, startup accelerators and civic groups in Kuwait and beyond. It is the first program of its kind in Kuwait – bringing world experts, entrepreneurs, investors and accelerators together to support Kuwait-born startups and entrepreneurs, and aims towards strengthening the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Startup Kuwait objective is to create feeder programs across Kuwait that provide a robust and growing pipeline of startups year-afteryear to investors and multiple accelerators, and to bring an entrepreneurial mindset to a broadswathe of Kuwaiti society - across economic sectors, age groups and social background. Through student projects (and entrepreneur’s projects), training programs, and collaborating with other startups programs. Startup Kuwait hopes to inspire entrepreneurship and innovation across institutions and groups in Kuwait. In addition, Startup Kuwait plans to invite investors, experts and outside accelerators to supplement its programs in the region.

Startup Kuwait focuses on supporting four areas in support of building ecosystem for entrepreneurs. • Student and young professionals on idea generation > startup > value creation. • The role of Academia in preparing the upcoming entrepreneurs. • Faculty research, researchers to commercialization. • Industry research to academic and to commercialization. Which universities will participate in this? Startup Kuwait’s first program is the “National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Challenge” (Startup Kuwait Competition), which has brought together 5 universities and colleges in Kuwait to participate in a business ideas competition during Spring 2016. The Startup Kuwait Competition is an exciting new program that will provide training and support for innovative and entrepreneurial projects to be undertaken by the students of Box Hill College Kuwait, Australian College of Kuwait, Gulf University for Science & Technology, American University of Kuwait, and Kuwait University. Students will spend the spring semester learning about entrepreneurship (through non-credit curriculum) from faculty, Kuwaiti and regional entrepreneurs and experts from around the world. They will also spend time in the field testing and selling their new ideas, products and services with social impact. Others in the immediate pipeline include Fall 2016 competition that is intended to expand the idea competition programs for students as well as for young professionals. What is the schedule? Startup Kuwait gives broad activities every month from December 2015 to June 2016. Beside the mentioned activities – we have speakers from Kuwait, the region and the international entrepreneurial community who have gone through the journey of becoming entrepreneurs, accelerators, and have contributed to the building of their own ecosystem. Every month we have between 2 and 4 speakers – February, we have 6 speakers –with great experience in execution and delivery from Kuwait, Egypt, Boston (US), Berkeley (US), and Germany. What activities should we expect? • Creating the entrepreneurial educational platform and to direct entrepreneurs. • Hosting workshops and talks by local and international speakers from the business and academic fields. • Launching a semi-annual competition: “The National Innovation & Entrepreneurship Challenge”. • Bridging and connecting to players in other entrepreneurial ecosystem.

OSTA will be supporting Startup Kuwait by providing our students and alumni with uniquely customized training programs that span the life of an entrepreneurial project. We are proud to be part of Startup Kuwait, the first competition of its kind in Kuwait that pits different schools against one another to “find that next Mark Zuckerberg”. Dr. Arezou Harraf, The Head of the department of business studies, Box Hill College Kuwait Box Hill College Kuwait is proud to take part in Startup Kuwait as we believe that among the best approaches to spur learning and innovation is to provide a platform for students to undertake projects and initiatives that involve complex tasks and that will inspire students to bring forth ingenuity. The Startup Kuwait competition is a perfect example of such a platform. Students participating in theStartup Kuwait competition are set to benefit greatly from their participation regardless of their decision to continue working on their ventures post competition or not, as the knowledge and experience gained throughout the project will help them in their future career paths and endeavors. The Local Scene Artist of the Month

The Tum's From Local Performances to Opening for Akon!

All it took was a car ride for two university friends to realize their common passion towards music. It all happened four years ago when Fatima and Fatemah (AKA Tumz and Tumtum) met at University, and since then they came to embark on a journey that we all can’t help but admire. The duo known as The Tum’s continue to impress us and we could not help but sit down with them to discuss how they reached this point. Here we see a fraction of the duo’s passion for the art of music. Individually, each caters to an aspect of music that unbeknownst to them at the time is what brought them together . “I never realized that the song playing on the radio had really meaningful lyrics until Tumz pointed it out, while I kept emphasizing on the melody”… What was that day? It was the day where The Tum’s became a duet slowly making their way onto the big stage. “I never sang in front of anyone. ever! Not even my closest childhood friends knew of my love for music” The Tum’s debuted at Bayt Lothan for AUK’s Alumni Reception as they were then introduced into the music scene in Kuwait. From then on they were able to find themselves on stage in Stockholm Sweden where they were one of the local artists chosen to open for the International Artist, Akon! When asked to describe themselves they shared in common that the essence of their character cannot be limited to a single phrase or attributed to what they do but by the influence of their experiences, the people they surround themselves with, and the places they have been to. The joys and hardships that they go through make them the people that they are today and they translate that through their music. They were introduced to many of the classic artists through the earlier years of their lives, and throughout the years their influences have ranged from Fayrouz, ABBA, Aerosmith, Fat Freddy’s Drop to Daughter and The Weeknd. The Tum’s elaborated on the lack of appreciation for the arts in Kuwait, “It is sometime difficult to find people who appreciate music. However, we are blessed to have been shown so much love and support by the people who approach us and give us positive feedback. That’s what drives us to perform publicly.” Tumtum and Tumz do face some of their own personal challenges, with both women working full time jobs they continuously learn to balance their professional growth as well as strive to devote time and the right energy to their passion. “If the connection is lost with the music and the people, and if it becomes about anything other than the music, that is when we stop…”

Their fuel is their connection with all the supporters and the people that are moved by their music. We see a bright future for The Tum’s and they have promised good things in store. A Word From The Artists: Tumz: “Do something that connects with your soul because, no matter how it’s translated, it will always be good. It has to be something that you genuinely connect with in order for it to come out in the most beautiful way possible.”

TumTum: “It’s very easy to get caught up with your obligations and daily routine. Having a passion and knowing how to express and live it is crucial for your general well-being. We’ve all been through many ups and downs and I’ve realized having passions in my life has grounded me and made me mentally and emotionally healthy. I won’t be where I am today without the people around me and it has made me optimistic to see what I am capable of. Find your passions and just go with it. Let them take you anywhere.”

“It was a tough start for me this season, competing in the open desert’s of Dubai, clearing out huge jumps in Bahrain, battling against the top riders in Qatar, and making my way through Kuwait’s uprising rivals. Its has truly been one of the most challenging seasons so far.” Going through whatever came up with AlMusallam during his main events was a struggle as well, such as mechanical issues and crashing out during practice sessions. Given the circumstances, AlMusallam stood strong and was able to complete his mission. “I would like to thank my sponsors, Al Mal Investment, Yamaha, STUDENTALK, Concrete Gym, SMD Graphics, SEVENFRIDAY, and Quest Nutrition who supported me throughout all of the current ups and downs faced during this season.” www.Titanium22.com

Raise Your Words! A Project by GUST students

Raise your words aims to build in Kuwait’s college students the willingness to speak openly against extremist violence on social media channels. They aim to power the silent majority, while emphasizing solidarity with the victims, common causes, shared values, and raising awareness of the threats from violent extremism. Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) is one of 45 schools worldwide participating in the Peer to Peer (P2P): Challenging Extremism initiative. The program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, and facilitated by EdVenture Partners, tasks student teams to create digital media content in the form of an initiative, product, or tool that empowers networks of youth to counter the social media presence and effectiveness of violent extremists’ online messaging. This platform is part of the project which goal is to facilitate informed and inclusive discussions to counter the narrative of violent extremism, whilst simultaneously promoting examples of other people or organizations speaking out and leading by their example against extreme violence all over the world. Raise Your Words has organized many different events to bring students together and be able to understand the different things happening in the world. Furthermore, they showed the students that they have a voice too and that voice will be heard in one way or another. Through the graffiti show, conferences, and promotional videos, they used these tools to reach the students and the people who had a voice that needed to be heard. Good luck to the students as they visit Washington to present their project, and we wish to thank the US Embassy for organizing this event.

“Raise your words, not voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder”

Casio G-SHOCK Watches G-STEEL Series Introduces 'Layer Guard Structure'

Watches

Casio Computer Co., Ltd., recently announced that it released a series in the G-SHOCK line of shockresistant watches. The G-STEEL watches offer outstanding design flexibility thanks to the “layer guard structure,” which boasts a double-layer bezel combining resin and metal.

The recently released GST-S110 and GST-S100 watches feature different colors and materials in a single bezel for a new lineup characterized by accent colors and a three-dimensional feel. The GST-S110 has a bezel made of metal in the upper layer, and resin in the lower layer. This delivers the hard beauty of metal while retaining the impact absorption of resin. Meanwhile, the bezel on the GST-S100 features shock-absorbent resin in an upper layer that is set in a lower layer of fine resin. This design highlights the tough look of resin. Each model is available in three different color variations, allowing customers to enjoy different looks with the same tough construction. Combining analog and digital displays, the face design offers excellent functionality and readability. With a hand-concealment function that temporarily moves the hands out of the way with just a touch of the button, the LCD can be fully visible at all times. There are also double LED lights. One is found at the six o’clock position and illuminates the entire face, while the other is a backlight for the LCD. This ensures that all information is visible, even in the dark.

Reverso 85 years of Surprises and Unexpected Revelations

Watches

Jaeger-LeCoultre loves to nurture the imagination and infuse expertise with boldness. The Reverso watch embodies this quest for the unexpected. A natural, intuitive touch swivels the case to disclose unsuspected treasures.

Reverso Classic COLLECTION The Reverso Classic watch has acquired iconic status that sets it apart while exuding a reassuringly seductive appeal. It is like a beloved face upon which one has gazed a thousand times, yetnever tires of contemplating. Its Art Deco inspiration, its geometrical case, its gadroons, its straight Arabic numerals, along with its minute track, all make light of passing years and fleeting fashions. Immune from whims and impervious to fluctuations, the Reverso Classic timepiecedraws its strength from the ideal relative proportions of the length and width of its case, corresponding to the Golden Ratio theory developed byancient philosophers and mathematicians.

58

Available in small, medium and large sizes, the Reverso Classic models are a natural part of both men’s and women’s wardrobes. More than mere accessories, they add signature touches to personal charisma and self-confidence. The subtly reworked lugs are slimmer and flow more smoothly over the wrist. Thecircular-grained motif on the carrier adds a subtle touch of refinement. The black and white front dial shared by all models in the Reverso Classic collection is subtly textured, with a guillochÊ centre and a vertical-brushed exterior. Above and beyond details that pay tribute to its classic identity codes, the Reverso features authentic technical content. This is expressed

through the choice of fitting a mechanical automatic movement in most models of the Reverso Classic collection, thereby meeting the demand for functionality and user friendliness. While the Reverso is generally associated with a mechanical manually-wound movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre revels in cultivating a taste for challenges and has always striven to reconcile apparent opposites. This includes combining horological complications with simple modes of operation, as well as uniting utility with beauty. Developing an automatic movement tailored to the confines of the rectangular Reverso dial called upon the full range of talents within the Manufacture.

‫أسلوب الحياة ساعات‬

Reverso Classic The back of the Reverso Classic timepiece available in steel and in three different sizes provides the perfect space on which to give free rein to the imagination, such as through an engraving. One simple movement enables it to reveal what individuals wish to say about themselves, unless of course they prefer to keep it discreetly hidden inside the carrier. Reverso Classic Large Duo The unexpected can also take the form of a dial indicating a second timezone on the steel or pink gold Classic Large Duo watch. Capitalising on the principle of reversibility, the Manufacture has developed and crafted movements capable of driving indications displayed on two separate dials. This invention remains to date entirely exclusive to the Grande Maison. A day/night indicator appears at 6 o’clock on the brushed, guilloché front dial, while the black dial on the back, bearing large stamped hour-markers and graced with “clous de Paris” hobnail finishing, displays “home time”instead of the traditional 12 o’clock numeral. The Jaeger-LeCoultreanchor symbol dominates this sunburst composition that makes a striking contrast with the linear nature of the front side. The second dial also springs another surprise by revealing in its centre the discreet yet tangible presence of the free-swinging oscillating weight. Reverso Classic Duetto It is made to be admired, worn and made your own. Crafted in pink gold or steel, it flatters every wrist in its two sizes: small and medium. With its two back and front dials and a double set of hands driven by a single movement, it radiates an enduringly seductive elegance. On the back, the deep black dial features an Art Deco style enhanced by two rows of diamonds that flirt with the night hours. Reverso Tribute COLLECTION The inspiration behind the Reverso Tribute flows from the very heart of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s watchmaking expertise. Witness the Reverso Grande Complication watches: the Tourbillon and the Gyrotourbillon®, the latter belonging to the HybrisMechanica® collection that vividly reflects the inventiveness of the Maison. This collection is clearly intended for a public of connoisseurs with a discerning vision of both its horological content and its aesthetic. Its different faces are inspired by original models that are an integral part of the Jaeger-LeCoultre heritage. They caused a

sensation when they were launched and have consistently inspired the Manufacture ever since. The “1931” spirit gives a vintage touch of a resolutely daring kind, since the watches of that period boldly flaunted chocolate brown, blue or even red dials that have become great favourites among collectors. Alongside its generosity in terms of complications and innovations, the Reverso Tribute watch also stands out through the ideal proportions of its case, its colourful, lightly textured fine-grained dials, its Dauphine-type hands, its hand-applied hour-markers, as well as the ultimate touch of refinement conveyed through its sunray-finish carrier. Driven by mechanical manually-wound movements, all Reverso Tribute models feature the Duo concept of two independent faces complete with a day/night indicator. A discreet trigger system serving to adjust the secondtimezone is seamlessly integrated into the case at 6 o’clock so as to preserve its smooth aesthetic lines. Reverso Tribute Duo The Reverso Tribute Duo radiates a discreet yet distinctive presence. It adopts a decidedly contemporary attitude with its steel case and blue hour-markers. Its intermediate size expresses a sophisticated aesthetic. Its front dial is slightly grained to achieve the subtle depth effect immediately recognised by connoisseurs. It is enlivened by a distinctive small seconds display. Swivelling the case reveals another dial, embodying a more daring facet of its personality. The colour blue chimes with the identity codes of the Reverso, setting a differenttempo that is both richer and stronger. Reverso Tribute Calendar The more complex Reverso Tribute Calendar watch provides a perfectly balanced representation of the Manufacture’s expertise. On one side it displays a traditional function, a complete calendar, and on the other the exclusive Reverso Duo function. The graphic narrative on the front exudes intense sophistication epitomised in the hammered moon-phase display. This captivating moonphase is echoed in perfect symmetry on the back with an opulently staged day/ night indicator. It is topped with a tiny triangle enabling easy reading. Anthracite predominates on the guilloché dial with its “clous de Paris” hobnail finish, making a perfect match with the elegant pink gold of the case. Connoisseurs are bound to single out this Reverso Tribute Calendar watch driven by Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 853.

Officine Panerai LUMINOR 8 DAYS SET

Watches

Officine Panerai continues looking into its own past to relate fascinating new stories to its enthusiastic collectors. A new Luminor 8 Days Set – available in only 500 examples – contains two watches inspired by models created in the pre-Vendôme era, that is, that stage in the history of the brand running from 1993, the year of the first collection made for the public, and 1997, the year in which Panerai was acquired by Vendôme, part of the Richemont Group. In those years, a very small number of watch was produced and they quickly became highly sought after in the collectors’ market.

Notably, in 1996 Panerai made a few small series of watches commissioned by Sylvester Stallone. The new Luminor 8 Days Set takes two models originally created for the American actor: a Luminor Black Seal, here presented for the first time in a left-handed version, and a Luminor Daylight with an original, extremely rare white dial with blue markers and numerals. The two watches are supplied in a box inspired by those used for vintage Luminor watches, made of pear wood with a teak base and containing a model of the human torpedo (Siluro a Lenta Corsa – slow speed torpedo), together with a rare publication about the military equipment of the special forces of the Royal Italian Navy, in which Panerai watches and instruments appear. The Luminor Black Seal Left-Handed 8 Days is the version with the winding crown and the lever device protecting it on the left side of the case of the historic Luminor Black Seal. The tradition of making watches for left-handers had already been started by Panerai in the 1940s, when some models were made in this way to enable the watches to be worn on a

60

frogman’s right wrist, while the compass and depth gauge were worn on the left. The Luminor Case, 44 mm in diameter, is made of stainless steel coated with DLC (DiamondLike Carbon), The Luminor Daylight 8 Days, the other watch in the Luminor 8 Days Set, is the reproduction of a model of 1996 of which only a very few examples exist. The striking detail of the historic example, faithfully reproduced in the new model, is the white dial – as in the Daylight models of the time – on which, unusually, all the markers and the hands are an intense blue colour. It is likely that this version was replaced after the delivery of the first prototypes, so the few surviving examples have become extremely rare. The hands, including the small seconds hand at 9 o’clock, are blue, as are the large markers indicating the hours. In this model the case 44 mm in diameter is made of AISI 316L stainless steel with a polished finish, as is the winderprotecting device placed traditionally on the right side. In keeping with the dial the strap is blue alligator, and the steel tongue buckle is sewn-in, as in the vintage models.

The Luminor case of both watches of the Luminor 8 Days Set (PAM00786) is closed by a screw back, engraved with the words “Officine Panerai Firenze” and the OP logo, and each of them has a hand-wound movement with a power reserve of at least eight days, stored in two spring barrels connected in series. The P.5000 calibre, entirely made in the Panerai Manufacture in Neuchâtel, recalls many of the “historic” characteristics of the calibres used in the watches at the time – such as the hand winding and the long power reserve – but it meets the standards of contemporary high quality watchmaking in the purest Panerai style, the structure of the movement being remarkably strong with its large bridges protecting the mechanism and the balance bridge with twin supports. Both watches are water-resistant to 30 bar (equivalent to a depth of about 300 metres) and the special box in which they are supplied also includes a spare strap for each model and a screwdriver.

Certina - DS Action & F. A. Lange Watchmaking Excellence Award 2015

Watches

Equipped with a three-row brushed stainless-steel bracelet, the new DS Action is an impressive timepiece. Its broad bezel, oversized indices and skeletonised hands make reading the time a quick and easy task under all conditions. Those sporty attributes are enhanced by the uncompromising accuracy of its cuttingedge PrecidriveTM movement. The DS Action’s bold dial comes in a variety of different colours, black, blue or green, to match the preferences of every watch lover—gent or lady.

The brushed 316L stainless-steel case of the new, Precidrive-equipped CERTINA DS Action is slightly oversized at 41 mm, to ensure a comfortable fit on both masculine andfeminine wrists. Its broad, polished unidirectional bezel wears large, highly-visible numerals, as well as Superluminova markings around the first quadrant, from 12 to 3 o’clock. Behind a sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating on both faces, the black dial carries a date window conveniently placed at 3 o’clock. Additional Superluminova has been applied to the skeletonised HM hands, red-tipped central second hand, large dots at each five-minute mark and inside the bold triangular indices at 12, 6 and 9 o’clock, to ensure optimal underwater readability.

For the sixth time now, A. Lange & Söhne has awarded an achievement prize to an up-and-coming watchmaker. For the second time in a row, the prize of 10,000 Euros goes to Finland. The entry of this year’s winner: calendar-week display by Reima Koivukoski On 7 December, the founding day of Lange Uhren GmbH, the “F. A. Lange Watchmaking Excellence Award” for the year 2015 was presented in Dresden. Reima Koivukoski (23), a student of Kelloseppäkoulu – the Finnish School of Watchmaking – received the prize of 10,000 Euros for his design of a calendarweek display that also emulates the axial tilt of the Earth. He accepted the prize from Lange CEO Wilhelm Schmid and company founder Walter Lange at an international press event in Dresden’s Albertinum gallery.

The multiple safety features and famous DS Concept (Double Security) assembly make the DS Action especially well-suited to demanding environments. A screw-on case back, as well as a protected screw-in crown inscribed with the letters “DS”, allow a very high level of protection. The timepiece is waterresistant up to a pressure of 30 bar (300 m) and the presence of the historical CERTINA turtle logo on its case back is a faithful reminder of the DS Action’s outstanding quality and reliability. Other versions of the DS Action are available to suit different tastes. A three-row stainless-steel bracelet version, another in full titanium, and a model with a rubber strap, all three of which are equipped with the same twin-push-button buckle with diver extension, for highest safety.

the originality of the idea, its technical functionality, the quality of craftsmanship and aesthetical aspects. Reima Koivukoski’s design impressed the jury for its creative approach, technical complexity and attention to detail, both in construction and highquality workmanship. “His work reflects a style of his own, a sense of aesthetics and ergonomics as well as the courage to modify the architecture of the movement”, explained the jury in its statement. The fact that Koivukoski’s work displays the axial tilt of the Earth in relation to the Sun impressed the jury. This truly unique feature was inspired by Finland’s geographic position, which is characterised by the contrast between winter darkness and the white nights of summer.

The assignment of this year’s competition was to create and craft a calendar-week display. Eight aspiring watchmakers from five countries qualified to compete for the prize. They spent a few days at the manufactory in May, during which they were acquainted with the assignment in detail. A jury consisting of five experts assessed the entries at the end of November. In addition to company founder Walter Lange and Anthony de Haas, Director of Product Development at Lange, the jury members included specialised journalists Gisbert L. Brunner and Peter Braun as well as Peter Plassmeyer, the director of the Royal Cabinet of Mathematical and Physical Instruments in Dresden. The panel assessed

Prizm The Music Brain

Gadgets

Before explaining what the Prizm actually is and what it does, I feel as though it is very safe to make an assumption here: The Prizm will be your best friend at home. Why? Well, let’s take a look at the reasons behind it!

If you want to use Prizm to play music, you just have to press the play button and that’s it. Prizm will stream music directly from Spotify, Deezer and SoundCloud based on your favorite genres and tracks. You don’t have to launch anything on your phone or computer. It’s like a physical Pandora-like service for your home. Prizm will also detect who is in the room using the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signals from your phone. If there is someone around as well, the Prizm will adapt the track list to find music that suits the both of you. You can either like a track or you can skip it as it will make Prizm

learn more about your tastes over time. If you’re sitting across the room, there will be an optional mobile application to control Prizm. Along with your likes and dislikes to calibrate your taste, Prizm will also help you discover new music by adding songs that you “like” to your music library. Furthermore, you can also manually adjust any settings and tell Prizm what you want. If it’s playing Jazz while you’re studying and you would rather it play Classical Music in those instances, all you have to do is tell it!

The mobile application has buttons for all kinds of different settings and can just serve as a remote control for Prizm if you are feeling a little too lazy to walk over to it and press the needed buttons. What more are you waiting for? Make your way and order your Prizm!

“It’s basically a Tinder for music.” said co-founder Olivier Roberdet

I Love Social Media! Now, Imagine a Life Without it...

Social Media has become a necessity in the modern world as most of us cannot even go through a day without checking the latest developments on the channels that we are a part of. For a lot of us, it has become unthinkable to have a world without social media but I ask this: Where would we be without it right now?!

First of all, it’s important to know what qualifies as social media. Here is a quick list of some of the mostly used channels: • Facebook • Twitter • Snapchat • Twitter • Google+ • Vine • Whatsapp • Instagram Taking a look at only this list, it’s already becoming difficult to imagine a time without all this. Social media has altered the way that we think and communicate while it also massively changed the way that we do business! It has enabled us to connect to many people across the world without much effort. Without that level of connectivity, it’s harder to make new friends and keep in touch with previous acquaintances. In many ways, social media has made us lazier as people. Believe it or not, there was a time when everyone woke up in the morning and opened

their doors to pick up the latest newspapers in order to read through the latest developments. Now, we pick up our smart-phones and look through everything on the RSS Feeds! It’s very convenient, of course, but it has definitely made us lazy. To think of how we would be today without the introduction of social media is extremely difficult because it has reached a point where many of us are forced to deal with it on a daily basis. It has become part of the work environment and there are so many incredible uses for it! With that said, businesses survived before it and people communicated and kept relationships alive before it as well. The difference? Effort. It took work and effort for people to communicate as a simple text message would suffice. They meet up somewhere, have a coffee together, and talk. Haven’t you realized that when you go out with your best friend, it’s sometimes difficult to find topics to talk about? The reason behind it is because you have

already talked to them about it on Whatsapp at some point! The importance of face-to-face communication has lessened drastically and social media is to blame. Give yourself a test: Go through three days without checking any social media channels and see how your life is different. Try meeting up with people and reading the newspaper! Try something new everyday. It will be difficult but it’s important to know how your life would be without the use of social media the whole time. Are you expected to completely stop using social media? Of course not! It’s vital that you use it now because of how the world is. With that said, it’s equally important to know when to use it. Know yourself and how you are without social media so that, when you are back to using it, it is only when needed. Life without social media now is impossible and that’s fine as long as you are able to use it responsibly and know how you are able to move forward with it while not forgetting the world around you.

Hola Zidane! The Student Becomes the Teacher

Rafael Benitez has been sacked by Real Madrid on January 4 as he was immediately replaced by Zinedine Zidane, which caused excitement from the supporters but it also caused a little bit of nerves as well to see such a massive idol take the hot seat.

Zinedine Zidane has taken over now in his first top flight managerial job as the fans and the players seem unbelievably excited at the new appointment. Zidane will want to instill his ideas to the squad and will want to make sure that they are able to play attractive attacking football while also bearing in mind that they will all need to play their part when it comes to defending. It has only been a month since he was named head coach so he will definitely need some more time yet here is what we can expect:

74

‫أخبار كرة القدم األوروبية‬

Spirit Zidane is an idol to Real Madrid and he knows exactly what it takes to put on their shirt. Therefore, he will do his very best to make the players feel the same way because once they play with passion, anything is possible. Organization This is arguably the most important part of it all as Zinedine Zidane will need to bring an organized midfield to Real Madrid as soon as possible. It was very difficult to see that happening with Benitez in charge and that was one of the major reasons that lead to his downfall. The new French manager will now have to change that as soon as possible in order to make the team work again. Quick attacks Zidane knows the potential that the team has and he will want to take more advantage of it. Instead of trying to defend a one-goal lead, for example, he will keep on attacking so that he doesn’t take any unnecessary risks later on in the game. With Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo part of his attacking lineup, the speed that they have will be integral for quick counter attacks in order to cause as much damage as possible to the opponents The locker room Any Real Madrid fan will know that if you keep the players happy in the background, you will usually be okay. Jose Mourinho and Rafael Benitez both failed in making that happen and the great thing about that is Zidane saw it all first-hand pretty much. He also witnessed Carlo Ancelotti as manager as the Italian kept them all happy and was able to come out with the UEFA Champions League trophy at the end of the season. The bigger personalities Real Madrid is a team that come with their own baggage as they boast names such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez, and many more major names in the world of football. Zidane knows all about being a world-class player at the club and therefore he will know exactly how to deal with it all. The fans Keep the fans happy and entertained. That in itself is a massive task for a manager since the Real Madrid fans are known for being extremely judgmental and will take any opportunity to voice their discontent if the time comes. Zidane will need to keep them happy through winning games and attractive football. The fans want to be entertained at any cost and the Frenchman will have to deliver!

Lionel Messi Cementing his Name in the History Books

Lionel Messi won the Ballon d’Or for the fifth time in his professional career as he has officially made history as the first ever player to win it this many times. Cristiano Ronaldo was in second place as Neymar was in third.

76

‫أخبار كرة القدم األوروبية‬

In a day where everyone was anxiously watching all the latest developments in the Ballon d’Or, which began with a press-conference, Lionel Messi sat alongside his opponents of the night (Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar) as he answered questions. All three finalists were asked different questions throughout the conference as Ronaldo admitted that he would ask for Messi’s left-foot if he can choose anything to have from the then four-time Ballon d’Or winner. It really has been a miraculous year for the Argentinean… Lionel Messi has mesmerized many of us with

his magical performances for Barcelona and Argentina and, in 2015, he was able to take it to another level. The Argentinean has always been in competition with his main rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, but there was no comparison this year as it ended with one clear winner. Messi was the scorer of 48 goals in all competitions over the course of the calendar year and, during the 2014/15 season, he was La Liga’s second-highest scorer with 43 goals and leading assist provider with 21. He was also the joint leading scorer with 10 goals along with Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar and assist

supplier (6) in that term’s UEFA Champions League. He also picked up a silver medal at the Copa America, which was held in Chile. In regards to the breakdown of the votes, Lionel Messi got 41% of the votes while Cristiano Ronaldo got 28% and Neymar came out with 8%. Just when you think that there is no more improvement for the Argentinean, he keeps on proving you wrong! It will be extremely exciting to see what Messi has in store for us in 2016 and he has started off quite strong in the first month. What can’t the Barcelona star do?!

Kanye West Named GQ's Most Stylish Man of 2015

We now enter a new year and it was Kanye West who had the last word of 2015 as he was named the Most Stylish Man of the Year by GQ.

Kanye west is known for his music but has more recently gone into the fashion industry with a bang! He brought his Yeezy Season 2 clothing line to New York Fashion Week in September then accepted the “Shoe of the Year Award” for his Adidas Yeezy Boost sneaker at the Footwear News Achievement Awards afterwards. The artist has no intention of stopping now though as he continues to show that he is able to dominate anything that he works on! “His elevated, athletic-inspired aesthetic is part of the reason the athleisure look hit critical mass this year. Plus, West’s own wardrobe is studied, tracked, and blogged about with an amount of fervor usually reserved for female stars (like the rapper/designer’s own headlinegrabbing wife).

80

From Haider Ackermann velvet bomber jackets to Balmain blazers, ripped Acne jeans to his beloved Bottega Veneta Chelsea boots, every piece West wears sparks a discussion on the current state of menswear”. This was the explanation given behind choosing him as the most stylish man of the year. It is also important to keep in mind that Kanye West won the same award in 2014 so it seems as though he is only going up from here in regards to fashion. As for his music, well, things don’t seem to go as well as they usually do to say the least… It will definitely be interesting to see what else he comes up with during 2016 so make sure that you are able to keep a close eye on Mr. Kanye West!

Red Bull Can You Make It? University Students - Apply now for the adventure of a lifetime!

Red Bull Can You Make It? is an epic journey featuring 165 student teams from more than 50 countries around the globe, traveling across Europe using Red Bull as their only currency. Get the journey started: leverage your charm and strategy, excite your followers… and celebrate your triumph in one of the continent’s most spectacular destinations! If you are a university student with an up-for-anything attitude and a sense of daring, this is your call to action – because now is the time to apply for Red Bull Can You Make It? 2016. This competition isn’t about being first to the finish, it’s all about the journey: teams will have to cover more than 1,000 kilometers/miles in one week before reaching the final destination, using nothing but Red Bull cans as currency. The application period opens on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 and concludes on Sunday, February 14, 2016. On April 12, 2016, the 165 selected teams will depart from one of the five Starting Points in Europe – Barcelona, Florence, Berlin, Edinburgh or Prague. Each team will hand over their cash, cards and personal phones and have one week to make it to adazzling destination, exchanging cans of Red Bull for everything they need on the journey – food, a place to sleep, transportation to the next location and other adventures that make the experience truly epic. If you’re one of them, you’ll create your own path by visiting Checkpoints in European cities (where you will be tasked with Body &Mind Challenges), completing as many tasks of an Adventure List as you can, and posting photos and videos that build support among your (no doubt) passionate followers. Score is based on the Checkpoint Challenges, Adventure List tasks and Social Following achieved.

82

Can cans really get a humble team of university students across a continent? They can. In the last Red Bull Can You Make It? back in 2014, 100 teams managed to live the experiences of their dreams, from getting tickets to a Champions League match to catching a ride on a private jet. Here’s how to apply: Gather a team of three friends. You’ll each need to be a current university student. Then, create a one-minute-long video explaining why your team should be chosen and submit it at no later than www.redbullcanyoumakeit.com February 14, 2016. Be sure to share your love of adventure, your smarts, your sense of humor – all the attributes that make you stand out as the perfect choice to master Europe with nothing more than cans of Red Bull and your irresistible charm. Then gather support, because the teams that receive the most votes from each country will become finalists! After the voting period ends, a panel of judges will select the winners from those finalists. They will then be invited to fly into one of the five Starting Points in Europe to begin their adventure, which will take them far from home, but bring them closer together. Your chance to be one of those teams starts today.

Talent Competition Winner January's Artist

Are you a student in Kuwait with a talent that deserves to be seen? If so then here is your chance, STUDENTALK wants you! Email us at: info@ph7-kw.com Tell us more about yourself My name is Noura Zaher and I am 20 years old. I am a second year Graphic Design major at AUK. I’m a very bubbly person who likes to spend time with my friends. I love helping others and being there for my friends. I enjoy watching anime and movies, and playing video games and sports. I also love reading novels and drawing.

Any last words for the readers? Take your time to be at your best and don’t let anyone bring you down. Always appreciate your talent and practice it, however small, big or unusual it is. Try to get inspired by others’ work and appreciate them. Never compare yourself to others or get discouraged, because each person is special in their own way and style.

What is your talent? I simply love drawing. I mostly draw realism, but I love drawing anime and cartoons as well. I have the ability to draw portraits of real people.I also love creating my own characters. I am skilled at using pencils and color pencils. How did you develop your talent? Since I was about 4 years old, I drew every day to improve myself. In school, art classes helped me a bit to understand artistic techniques, shading and anatomy. I developed my own recognizable drawing style then. I also drew comics for a while. I like to go for hard drawings that would give me a challenge and make me learn something new. I kept practicing through high school, creating my own characters or using references, as well as drawing people and still-life. Graphic Design helped me learn digital art, as I learned the basics of the design software. I found it easy to apply my drawing style digitally and I learned digital art quickly. What are your future plans? I plan to work with color pencils and digital art on my live portraits and see how they turn out! As for the work field, I am hoping to take my master’s degree after college. However, I do not know what the future holds as I like to live in the moment. I will let life surprise me. Who supported your talent? All my family and friends motivate me to achieve my best and pursue my passion. I am thankful to them for encouraging me and making me feel special. Did you encounter any obstacles? I think any artist experiences art blocks at times. However I do not think I experienced anything major because I think drawing shouldn’t pressure me, but rather a way to enjoy my time. I just practice and take my time to get better.

This will be a rather difficult month for you but you will have to do everything in your power to get through it as best you can. Things will eventually fall into place for you but you just need to give it the time that it needs.

Put all your eggs in one basket to get the best result. There will be a few tricky situations that come your way and it would be best to deal with them all at once rather than trying to tackle everything one-by-one.

This is a relatively quiet month for you so take the opportunity and try to focus on things that you haven’t had time for before. Begin that project that was pending or try to make the most of your relaxed month!

Take a step back and try to look at the bigger picture. Everything seems as though they are out of place right now but it isn’t impossible for you to deal with it all. Concentrate on what is important and work your way from there.

This is an amazing and bright experience for you so soak it all in! Take charge of everything and make your mark. Try to get as many things done as possible while you still have this energy before it gets more difficult later on.

A fruitful and exciting month awaits you and it will be obvious from the beginning. Take this chance to excel in your work and let the energy you have guide you in whatever path you decide to take from here onwards.

86

Don’t be too surprised if things seem a little bit uncertain for you at the moment. With that said, keep in mind that it is also a good time for you to solve any of the pending problems that you have while also taking time to relax when you can.

Do not expect major victories as this will be an ambiguous month for you. Take everything one step at a time and try to deal with the problems as they pass. Focus on the important things in order to make it all work out.

Expect this month to be a successful one as you embark on any new journeys. You have always been a very confident person and you will need to continue that during this time. Use your capabilities to make things work.

Even though this will be a very successful month for you, do not expect it to immediately result in any major developments. Keep working hard and, sooner or later, you will be able to get to your desired goal.

This is a wonderful month and therefore make sure that you’re able to make the most of it. Use all the resources that you have at your disposal to make sure that you work to the maximum potential and things will work in the end.
