O

rlando Castro Ortiz is an instinctive painter, who creates warm and profound visions rich in concepts and poetry. There are many referrals to his native land, Puerto Rico, a sunny island, warm pearl of the Atlantic Ocean. And it is precisely the light that pervades his works, a sincere and decisive light that confers universal character to his works of art. The palette is colourful and full of tones familiar to the artist who transports us in his magical world, where the sign takes on soft shapes, swollen with an irrepressible vitality and full of personality.

O
