s entrepreneurs, we wake up in the morning with a million things to do to grow our business, take care of our family and those we serve. If you are not taking care of yourself, chances are you are dragging through the day, with brain fog impairing your decision-making abilities and sabotaging your focus in sales conversations, or having your weight impair your confidence. She was 60 pounds overweight, had high blood pressure with low energy and brain fog.
