Write that book, create that magazine, and grow your business.

Confidence is key.

Write that book, create that magazine and grow your business. I invested time and a lot of trial-and-error to create my first magazine, publish my first book and successfully grow my media business — and I had a college degree in publishing and years of business management experience! I say skip all that effort and learn from my 30-plus years of experience!

Confidence is key. As a non-profit professional with over 25 years community leadership experience, I understand the grit, the confidence, and the mindset needed to run a small business. I am passionate about developing women to take their seat as CEO of their lives both personally and professionally.

KEARN CHERRY You must be visible. I have been an entrepreneur for most of my life and creating events for over twenty years. I help individuals level up their brands through creating their own events and teach others how to get visible by showing up on stages. What drives you to be successful? What has driven me to progress fuelling through the numerous snags I have encountered in life is my need to not fit in or be judged by cultural assumptions for women of color while communicating disrespect or securing the tranquillity. The Negative measurements of statistics about women in government housing, assisted programs, teen pregnancy, single parenting, high school dropouts, women working in male dominated fields, women with mental health, the broad issues that come when a woman does not fit into societal beauty standards, and the many changes in cultural excellence guidelines. Every negative in which society judges and perspectives on women has made me push far more than these cultural assumptions What messages do you share with your audience and why is it important? ADHD. As a teen confronted the difficulties of being a solitary teenage parent with no education past grade school. As a youthful grown-up with no instruction was acquainted with working in night clubs as a female entertainer as a way of bringing in cash. I confronted many difficulties since this was a male prevailing field when it went to those working in the business. Navigating in this field and venturing into various degrees of entertainment sharpened me into the lady I am today. In a brief timeframe went from being a barkeep to exotic dancing to overseeing full operations of a gentleman’s club regulating all working the club, diversion booking specialist, autonomous filmmaker/innovative maker. While exploring through these difficulties confronted, I came across many females some older, my age, and those much younger than myself whom suffered through some of the same challenges but gotten themselves in much worse situation and there I was an individual who comprehended their psychological express, their requirement for harmony, rest, and understanding. Which key lessons have you learned that have helped you to grow the most? Become an individual of significant worth. Nobody will perceive the worth you bring, if you don't offer it that might be of some value strongly. To do as such you should Perceive your value. Nobody will see the value in what you bring to the overlap until you like them yourself. Work to become known as somebody who can be trusted and depended on. Additionally, Make some noise Intensely Leave your voice alone hear do not permit yourself to be hushed and don't apologize for recounting your story and when you talk do not permit anybody to insolently intrude on you. Perceive how important and remarkable you are and that your viewpoint matters. Accept that your story merits listening as well and that it would help the following individual. Talk with certainty be confident when the time introduces itself, quit attempting to be a pleaser exceeding everyone's expectations

taking on obligations that require more compensation is a no. Try not to be reluctant to request an advancement or a raise. Try not to be exploited by being a pleaser. Know a great deal, and afterward, some Take advantage of your natural abilities. If you can recognize what's extraordinary in your experience, utilize those abilities to progress. What's more, if you don't have every one of the abilities you want to succeed, go out and learn. Take a class, read a book- - do all that you can to separate yourself and develop expertly. Figure out how to manage struggle figure out how to impart forward by recognizing the contention and inquiring, "So how would we move past this and go to a determination?" Don't make or permit individual assaults; consistently keep it proficient. Start to lead the pack, you don't really must have a title to be a pioneer. Whatever your position, find an influential position you can dominate in - regardless of whether it's going up a key drive, tackling issues and settling struggle, or quiet dynamic in an emergency - and drive yourself to be the go-to individual for those circumstances. To wrap things up Show others how it is done There's such a lot of space for people to move forward and out and show what genuine successful initiative is- - and that occurs through showing others how it is done. Draw in what you expect, reflect what you want, become what you regard, and mirror what you appreciate. We should not think back yet rather dream another future by changing the present. It is the ideal opportunity for a change, and change will come just when we as ladies own our force, voices, and certainty, realizing that others will take cues from us.

TANYA WILLIAMS Tonya Williams is a transformational life coach, host of the podcast Fierce, Favored & Spiritually Grounded, author of The Best Version Of Me, is a small group leader, ambassador, speaker, mentor at G.R.A.C.E. (Girls Rising Above Challenging Experiences), influencer, and member of Alpha Theta Omega Christian Sorority. She loves to help people discover and walk in their purpose. Her passion is ministry. Tonya, who is an ordained minister with a pastoral certification from Highlands College in Birmingham, Ala., says that overcoming her own fears and challenges has helped her grow, and she uses her own experiences to illuminate the paths of others. “Each season brings about new challenges, some that we have no idea how to face. The biggest thing I have learned is to just do it, whatever it is! It doesn’t matter if you’re scared or you feel underqualified, just do it!” To help others gain the confidence to take that step forward, Tonya has published a workbook to go with her book, The Best Version of Me. “I created this workbook to use as a tool along with the book to launch a small group. The small group will help other women walk out of the same bondages I spoke about in my book. I believe a lot of us sit in church each week but walk away still broken and bound because the church doesn’t offer a safe place for us to heal regarding traumas that have happened in our lives. My goal is for the women who attend to be healed, whole, and begin their journey in walking in their purpose.” For more information, you may contact Tonya at tonyawilliams01@gmail.com.
