All Summerset memory care centres are certified by the Ministry of Health to provide rest home-level dementia care.

Industry-leading disaster policy

It’s our responsibility to make sure residents will never be without a home in the event of a disaster. In a worst-case scenario, we’re committed to finding residents temporary accommodation, and if their home can’t be rebuilt, or we fail to rehouse them, they’ll receive the greater of: the fair market value of their home, or the licence payment paid for their home with no deferred management fee deducted.
