MT4000/2 is an access control unit which is able to manage up to 4,000 users with an off-line events memory. It integrates 2 inputs for readers, 2 main relay outputs, 2 auxiliary inputs and 2 auxiliary outputs. The SWAMIGO2 management software performs the system configuration and the user programming. The power supply for electronic locks, electric limits stops must be isolated from the power supply of the access control system. It is highly recommended to use some varistors or tension suppressors in order to avoid issues caused by these devices.

The MT4000/2 and MT10000/4 control units are connectable via 4 wires, manageable via the SWAMIGO2 software and completely connectable to each other via RS485. The MT15000/2 control unit and the MT15000/EXT4 extension modules are also connectable via TCP/IP network. They can be managed thanks to the SWAMIGO3 software.

WALL-FLUSH INDOOR OR OUTDOOR PROTECTION

For short range perimeter protection (doors, windows, balconies), Prastel has developed the innovative FSLIMPRO series. FSLIMPRO is an IR barrier which can be adapted to any installation thanks to its easy use: its aluminium and polycarbonate profile allows to adjust and add beams as required without laying extra cables etc. The FSLIMRF radio version maintains the same versatility and easy use as the FSLIMPRO. It differs thanks to its autonomy of use: - battery powered - alarm, low battery, tamper, supervision and alarm-end signal sent via radio using the FSLIMTX module. By using the FSLIMOUT output relay module, the FSLIMRF barrier can be used with any existing alarm system via RF signal.

Prastel launches a new range of technology : the self-learning system of differentiated TX codes onto the corresponding receiver which is fitted with extractable memory modules (manageable from a terminal). Management of codes different from transmitter code, in the memory. That allows to use also radio controls for Access Control applications.

1993

Prastel introduces the possibility to remotely control the registry of new transmitters on a RX with an enabled transmitter (R.P.A).

1996

The MULTIPASS evolves to the more secure ROLLING-CODE. A variable code system that provides a unique code for each transmission, ensuring that Remote cloning is impossible.

1997

Transmitters with multi-signalling LED (battery-saving, self-checking and optical transmission).

“Remote Force Control“: RFCŽ function. This system allows a valid Prastel transmitter to vary the limit settings on the range of gate control boards. In an emergency or where weather condition prohibit normal use, RFC allows the gate force to be temporarily increased in order to guarantee its operation.

ROLLING CODE / EASYROLL RADIO CONTROLS 433,920 MHz / 868 MHz transmitters and receivers The Rolling Code is a system used to prevent replay attacks in order to guarantee a high level of security. A Rolling Code PRASTEL transmitter code is composed of a fixed code and a rolling code. The rolling code changes at each new impulsion following a previously registered algorithm into the transmitter. The receiver will be activated only if the rolling code transmitted from the transmitter matches with the algorithm.

The EASYROLL system offers the possibility to register without help of an on-site technician, one or many transmitters. EASYROLL system advantages :

With the micro-wave technology, the operating principle is based upon an high frequency radio reception-transmission, performed through an adjustable planar antenna. METALLIC MASS DETECTOR FOR vehicles transit control and / or authorization A metallic mass detector uses an underground magnetic loop to transmit electronic signals to a signal detector. The system is based upon the detection of an inductance variation generated by the passing of a metallic mass on the loop. All the Prastel range of detectors manages different working frequencies. The version with directional logic determines the opening of automatic passageway only when the loop has been crossed in the set direction (directional logic). The system is perfect to control the opening/closing of automatic passageway only when metallic masses (cars, carriages etc.) transit, discriminating them from the transit of persons. It is usually used to activate automatic barriers, industrial doors and every support need for the automation of a vehicular passageway. GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS 1. ORDERS All product orders placed by the buyer are subject to total acceptance of the below conditions. No order shall be deemed to be accepted until an order confirmation is issued by Prastel. Each order to Prastel shall be deemed to be a firm and irrevocable offer by the buyer to purchase goods subject to the terms and conditions. After being accepted, no purchase order can be cancelled, unless written agreement, and provided that a 20% cancellation fee is borned by the buyer. Prastel reserves the right to postpone delivery dates or to cancel orders in its entirely or partially if performance of the contract shall be prevented or hindered by any cause beyond Prastel’s reasonable control. For a first order, the payment is due cash with order. 2. TECHNICAL DATA Prastel reserves the right to modify its products without prior notice and liability. In no circumstances, Prastel shall be liable for any claims or special, consequential, incidental damages caused by such substitutions or modifications. 3. PRICES All prices are quoted EX-Works La Ciotat, standard packing included and exclude VAT and any applicable taxes, levies, duties or imposts relating to the export of goods, insurance and freight charges. All orders accepted shall be subject to prices ruling at the time of the order. All quotations confirmed by Prastel in writing will be firm for 30 days. Prices may be subject to variation with a minimum notice of 30 days. 4. DELIVERY Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered Ex-works La Ciotat and at Buyer’s risk and expense. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Prastel reserves the right to select the mean of transport and routing and shall not be liable for it. Prastel shall not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage howsoever caused to the buyer or in any way whatsoever for late delivery of goods. Prastel will endeavour to dispatch all orders complete or as complete as possible. All non-conformity claims for the nature or quantity of the goods with the purchase order should be sent by registered mail to Prastel, within 8 days following the delivery date. 5. PAYMENT Payment terms will be agreed between Prastel and the buyer before opening the account. If the buyer fails to make payment in full for the price of the goods on the due date, or a payment made by the buyer fails to be honored, Prastel reserves the right to claim interests in accordance with EURIBOR interest rate multiplied by 3 points, plus 15% of the overdue amount. Whilst payment remains overdue, we will refuse any further goods until the account has been brought up to date. 6. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE The minimum order value for each order is 1,000 euros net of discount. Orders of a lower value will be evaluated separately. Below this amount, a fixed fee for charges of 50,00 euros will be applied. 7. TITLE All goods referred to on outstanding invoices due to Prastel by the buyer shall remain the absolute property of Prastel until payment of all invoiced amounts have been received and cleared. 8. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Prastel warrants that unless otherwise stated, the goods will be free from substantial defects in material and workmanship for 24 months from the date of production. All warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, acts of nature, electrical overload, radio or any other environmental interferences, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation or damage caused by the buyer, or repairs made by anyone other than Prastel. Prastel shall either repair or replace the defective goods at its sole discretion and on its premises at no charge to the buyer at presentation of the invoice. Prastel shall be liable for any claims or any special, consequential, incidental or other damages including loss of profit, breach, repudiation of contract. The replacement, modification or repair of components under warranty shall not extend the warranty time of the product. 9. RETURNS All returns shall be delivered in the original condition and packaging mentioning packing date and number. All products returned to Prastel without prior written authorization will be refused. 10. REPAIRS All products to be repaired must be returned to Prastel carriage paid after agreement with our technical department. All repairs shall be subject to prior acceptance by the buyer of all repair costs. In any case, Prastel shall charge the buyer all repairs and delivery costs of the repaired goods. All repairs under warranty or not, must be returned with the RMA form (Return Material Authorization) authorized with our technical department and arranged at the buyer’s own transport costs. 11. JURISDICTION AND VENUE This contract shall be governed under French laws. Marseille court will have exclusively jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising from this contract.
